• Begun in 1997 with funding from the state

• Initially created for finding aids from KY Libraries

• Used OCLC Site Search as content management system

• Now resides on DLXS• Steering committee of archivists• http://kdl.kyvl.org/

• Preselected material from SOLINET Cooperative Microfilm Project
