All dodgeball teams competing in any British Dodgeball
league, championship or part of the new Foam Open
Series must belong to British Dodgeball member clubs
for the 2021/22 season. There are two levels of
membership, standard and premium. Both memberships
offer clubs a wide range of benefits and discounts, whilst
the premium membership also includes public liability
insurance. You will be able to do this on the club
membership page.

All players participating in British Dodgeball Adult
Community & University Leagues and Events from the
15th September 2021 onward must sign up for British
Dodgeball Adult Membership.
For those who are playing in their first ever dodgeball
event you do not have to sign up to British Dodgeball Adult
Membership until your second event. You must however
register as a player for free via our Player Registration
Page.
All data is stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy,
available to view at the foot of our website.

Mixed League 1
The British Dodgeball Mixed
Leagues will once again be
taking place in Stafford. This
season there will be 2 leagues
consisting of 9 teams. Teams
have been placed in the
leagues based on their ranking
from previous mixed leagues.
The leagues taking place in
Stafford in the 2021/22 season
will be:

The English National Leagues
will be held at St George's Park
Burton, and will run for a total
of 9 rounds.
The leagues taking place at
SGP in the 2021/22 season
will be:
The Northern Irish
National Leagues will be
held at Queen's University
Belfast and will run
for 6 or 4 rounds. The leagues taking place
in Belfast in the 2021/22 season will be:
The Scottish Super League is yet to be
decided but will likely begin in the New
Year as per previous seasons.
Due to not receiving any entries the Welsh
Super League will not be taking place in
the 2021/22 season. As well as competing
in the English National Leagues Welsh
clubs will be offered the opportunity to
participate in regional leagues .

The regional leagues in 2021/22
will provide a welcome
opportunity for competitive
dodgeball within a localised
region. The flexibility of the
leagues will depend on the
entry numbers. Regions may
operate a separate men's and
women's league, operate just
the 1 league or have multiple
divisions. We want to ensure
our regional leagues are open
to all and teams are given the
opportunity to compete against
others of a similar standard.
If there are not enough
teams entered to form a viable
regional league, we will offer
teams the chance to enter their
next closest league, prioritising
feedback from teams, travel
distance and competitive
standard.

Leagues. More locations may
become available for the
Spring/Summer Regional
Leagues if there is demand:
There will be 2 leagues per year in order to give new
teams the chance to enter halfway through a season, the
Autumn/Winter league and the Spring/Summer league.

community and university dodgeball clubs/teams

F U R T H E R O P P O R T U N I T I E SOur sport brings opportunities to develop as a coach or referee, the opportunity to volunteer as a media officer, to run social
events with your club, and to connect and create relationships with local schools and the community. By working with clubs,
we can create a smooth development pathway for players and coaches, and ensure the long term sustainability of the sport.
We highly recommend that all clubs have at least one Level
2 trained dodgeball coach per team. This helps to ensure
that safe, high quality sessions are organised. As a club
member, you can sign up to one of our coaching courses. If
you are interested in a course but there isn't one currently
scheduled in for your area, please register your interest and
a member of our team will get in touch when a course is
available in your location.
Our Social Media Manager, Alex Such, is looking to build a
team of media representatives in all areas of the UK. If you
are interested in photographing & filming dodgeball, email

We are always on the lookout for more paid referees!
Whether it is refereeing at one of our university or
community leagues and opens, you can develop your
officiating with the aid of referee mentors. Contact

D E V E L O P Y O U R C L U BIf you are interested in setting up a new section or expanding
your club (e.g. juniors or womens sessions) we have plenty
of club support resources as well as our New Club Award.
Clubs can access this award if they are planning to set up a new
community dodgeball club, or a new section at an existing club.
Our website also hosts plenty of funding guidance and clubs
can request bid writing help from British Dodgeball by emailing
Dodgemark has been set up in order to provide a kitemark
accreditation for dodgeball clubs and to help support the clubs
to have the strong procedures and systems in place for safe,
engaging dodgeball delivery in their communities. Dodgemark
club accreditation can be applied for by any community
dodgeball club. Once achieved, it can be renewed every two
years.
