7. Any other Information which the host college/ university may like to provide:

The Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) has been awarded A Grade by NAAC in October 2013.

The fee structure of the Institute is lowest among the Institute / Universities offering similar programmes.

The Institute also offers a number of short term Modular programmes enhancing employment opportunities to the learner viz., Block Printing, Tie & Dye, Embroidery, Welding

85 DEI study Centres spread across the country are running certificate Level Vocational Programmes under blended mode of education, in which about two thousand students are registered. Thus, can also be offered the proposed courses for preparing them for the job roles.

Another distinctive feature of the Institute is its triple entity i.e. a University, a Technical Board and a Secondary Board. This feature has enabled the Institute to introduce Vocational Education from School level.

Institute has experience of running vocational courses and imparting skill training for many years including 2 years under NVEQF scheme. Therefore, it can easily adopt and follow NSQF and impart training according to the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
