Purposes of Project

• Complement the job satisfaction survey measured from Libraries’ classified staff conducted Fall 2005.

• Note and build on aspects of jobs that faculty are satisfied with and also identify areas for improvement.

• Gauge “quality of life” at UGA Libraries.
