Although UD now gives
Delaware residents the ability to chose whether or not to submit their SAT/ACT scores with their application, it is recommended that students who score an 1150 or above (For ACT: 23 or above) submit their scores. Students who do not submit college entrance exam scores will be required to complete supplemental essays.
UBMS students can receive 2 SAT fee waivers (as well as 2 SAT subject test
waivers
In order to gain access to college application fee waivers during
senior year, students must use an SAT fee
waiver first.
ACT waivers are also available.

What are the qualifications?
1. Must be a participant in a Delaware UB or UBMS program
2. Must be recommended by their UB or UBMS program
3. Must be a Junior in high school planning to attend a 4 year college or university.
4. Must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
Worth up to $5,000 per year for 4 years!
Deadline – applications MUST be received by the UBMS program no later than Friday, October 26th.
*The Juniors who were recommended for this years’ Edwards Scholarship have been contacted by the program.
