1. INTRODUCTIONUttarakhand Ayurved University is the first AYUSH University in Uttarakhand. There are Seven Faculties to beestablished in the University. These faculties are Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga andNaturopathy, BioMedical Sciences, & Pharmaceutical Sciences. The main objective is to promote theapplication of basic sciences in the field of AYUSH and evidence based medicine. Uttarakhand AyurvedUniversity has its 03 Campuses namely Rishikul Campus & Gurukul Campus at Haridwar (U.K) and Faculty ofAyurved, Main Campus at Dehradun. Rishikul Campus, offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S.) and also have PostGraduate Courses MD/MS(Ayu) in the Subject of Rasa Shastra evam Bhaishajya Kalpna, Panchkarma,Shalya Tantra, Dravyaguna Vigyana, Kayachikitsa, Prasuti & Striroga, Shalakya Tantra,Kumarbhartiya (Balrog), Rachana Sharir, Agadtantra and Vidhi Vaidyaka, Rog Nidan. Gurukul Campus,offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S.) and also having Post Graduate Courses MD/MS(Ayu) in the Subject ofPanchkarma, Shalya Tantra, Kayachikitsa, Shalakya Tantra, Kumarbhritya (Balrog). Main Campus,Dehradun offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S). The Faculty of Biomedical Sciences is one of the main facultiesbeing developed on priority basis and going to be one of the center of excellence in Ayurvedic research.

In accordance with the Government of India Ayush letter No R-11011/02/2018-(EP-1) Vol.2 Dated 07-08-2019for common Counselling, a centralized Counselling board of Uttarakhand Ayurved University has beenconstituted and assigned the task of conducting the UAUC PG- 2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved UniversityCentralised counselling for two campus colleges of Uttarakhand Ayurved University and Private Post GraduateAyurved Colleges affiliated to Uttarakhand Ayurved University recognized by Central Council of IndianMedicine (CCIM), Ministry of AYUSH, GOVT. of India, for the academic session of 2019-20. TheCounselling will be conducted on the basis of merit of AIA-PGET -2019 examination and eligibility criteria &other terms and conditions and as per direction received from Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India, New Delhiand State Govt. and adopted by the Counselling board.

Centralized Counselling will be conducted for following quota of seats:-

(A). MD/MS(Ayu) Courses in UAU Campus Colleges (Rishikul Campus & Gurukul Campus of UAU)and Private Ayush Colleges Affiliated to Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Central Council of IndianMedicine, Ministry of AYUSH, GOVT. of India

1.1 The registered eligible candidates who have qualified AIA-PGET -2019 will get admission againstavailable State quota seats and All India quota seats(Self Finance in University Campus) / Managementquota (Private AYUSH Colleges) seats in MD/MS (Ayu) Courses by centralized Counselling on meritcum choice basis.

2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 The applicants are required to fill the application form to register him/her and pay the requiredregistration / Counselling fee by ONLINE mode only. The Counselling registration fee shall not berefunded under any circumstances.

2.2 The candidates have to complete the online application form in all respects and also to upload his/herphotograph & signature (same as submitted in AIA-PGET -2019 application form) in the appropriate box(please go through the flow chart for online application procedure). The candidates are furtheradvised to re-check the entries/information given by him/her before submitting the same as there is no

option for editing the entries after Final Submission of application form. After final submission ofthe form, the candidates are required to take the print of the submitted form (hard copy).

2.3 The candidates are advised to retain the copy of the form submitted to the University for their bestInterest for further reference and queries.

2.4 The candidates are advised to keep at least 05 copies of same photographs (same as submitted in AIA-PGET -2019 application form). The candidates will have to produce the same copy of photographs forentire admission process.

2.5 Depending upon the directions received from time to time by various regulatory bodies like CCIM,Government of India, State Government and Hon’ble Courts, the Schedule/availability of seats/Rules/Terms & Conditions may be subjected to change. Such information will be notified on theuniversity website www.uau.ac.in only. Candidates must refer the website regularly for any update.No separate intimation will be sent to the candidates.

2.6 Only appearing in the UAUC-PG 2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University Counselling does not confer anyright to secure a MD/MS(Ayu) Courses seat. The selection and admission to MD/MS(Ayu) on a Statequota and All India quota seats /Management quota seats in any PG College is subject to fulfilling all theeligibility criteria, state reservation policy, other terms & conditions etc. mentioned in the InformationBrochure and/or amendments made thereafter till the time of Counselling.

2.7 Counselling Registration Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded, under anycircumstances.

2.8 In case the information provided by the candidate is found wrong in the application form, his/herapplication will be summarily rejected. If any candidate secures admission in the college/institute byproviding wrong information in his/her application, detected later on in due course, his/her admission willbe cancelled at the cost and risk of the candidate. Hence candidates are advised to fill the onlineapplication form very carefully and re-check before the final submission.

2.9 Candidate’s eligibility is purely provisional and is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria asprescribed in this Information Brochure, during subsequent verifications of his/her documents atCounselling, admission or afterwards.

2.10 University/Counselling board reserves the right to withdraw permission, if any, granted inadvertently toany candidate who is not eligible to appear in the UAUC-PG- 2019 Centralized Counselling even thoughhe got himself registered and paid the required fee.

2.11 Instructions, Terms & conditions in the Information Brochure are liable to change based on decisionsconsciously taken by the UAUC-PG-2019 councelling Board, Ministry of Ayush , Govt. of India andUttarakhand Government from time to time. There is no equity or any rights that are /or deemed to bearising in favour of candidate.

2.12 The candidate must ensure before filling the application form that he/she fulfils the eligibilityrequirements for quota of seat he/she is applying for i.e., State or All India quota seats /Management Quota seat. The fee once paid shall not be refunded in the event of rejection of theapplication. Only eligible candidates will be considered for Counselling/ admission.

2.13 The candidates are advised to give their complete mailing address, ID proof details and correct contacttelephone/mobile numbers and email in the application form.

2.14 The records of Counselling shall be preserved only for a period of one year from the date of theCounselling.

2.15 All the matters related to Counselling, decision of UAUC-PG 2019 Counselling Board and Government ofUttarakhand as the case may be, shall be final and binding to all.

2.16 In case of any ambiguity in interpretation of any of the instructions/ terms /rules/ criteria the determinationof eligibility/conduct of Counselling/registration of candidate/information contained herein, theinterpretation of the UAUC-PG-2019/ Counselling Board as the case may be, will be final and binding.

2.17 Only those candidates who have accepted all the terms & conditions mentioned in the informationBrochure should apply.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR UAUC-UG-2019 UTTARAKHANDAYURVED UNIVERSITY CENTRALISED COUNSELLING

The Counselling and admission shall be open to registered candidates only who will fulfill the followingcriteria:

3.1 For MD/MS(Ayu) Courses in UAU Campus Colleges & Private AYUSH Colleges for State Quota ofSeats.

• The candidate must be an Indian National.

• B.A.M.S.Degree from a statutory University recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine(CCIM), New Delhi India.

• Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand and have passed BAMSfrom a recognized Ayurveda institution situated in the State of Uttarakhand.

• Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed BAMSfrom a recognized Ayurveda institutions situated in the State of Uttarakhand shall also beeligible, but they will not be entitled for any type of reservation.

• Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed BAMS froma recognized Ayurveda institutions situated outside the State of Uttarakhand shall also beeligible.

• The Candidate must have completed minimum 12 months rotatory Compulsory Internship by31st October, 2019.

• Candidate must be registered with any State Board/Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM),New Delhi.

• Candidate must be in common qualifying merit list of AIA-PGET-2019.Must have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the UAUC-PG-2019 Information

Brochure and qualified AIA-PGET -2019 examination that is eligible for admission to Post-Graduate coursesfor an academic year, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum of marks at 50th percentile inthe All india AYUSH Post Garaduate Entrance Test(AIA-PGET) held for the said academic year.ii) Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, theminimum marks shall be at 40th percentile.

iii) Candidates with benchmark disabilities specified under the Rights of persons with Disablities ACT 2016(49 of 2016) the Minimum marks shall be at 45th percentile for the General Category and 40th percentile forthe Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes.

The candidate claiming him/her as domicile/permanent resident of Uttarakhand has to producethe domicile/permanent resident certificate issued by the competent authority of the state ofUttarakhand

3.2 For MD/MS(Ayu) Courses in UAU Campus Colleges & Private AYUSH Colleges for ALL INDIA(Self Finance in University Campus ) And Management quota (Private AYUSH Colleges) seats.

• The candidate must be an Indian National.• All India/ Management seats are open to all eligible candidates but they will not be entitled for any type

of reservation.

• B.A.M.S.Degree from a statutory University recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine(CCIM), New Delhi,India.

• The Candidate must have completed minimum 12 months rotatory Compulsory Internship by 31st

October, 2019.• Candidate must be registered with any State Board/Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New

Delhi.

4. RESERVATION POLICY

4.1 Reservation policy will be applicable college wise on all seats of state quota as per the prevailing rules ofGovernment of Uttarakhand, applicable at the time of Counselling. NO RESERVATION applicable forAll India (Self Finance) in University Campus colleges and Management quota for AffiliatedPrivate Colleges.

4.2 Regarding reservation, Government Orders issued from time to time, by the Government of Uttarakhandwill be applicable for reservation and the certificate issued by the competent authority of UttarakhandGovernment will only be valid.

4.3 Candidates who are domicile/permanent resident of Uttarakhand will be entitled for the benefit of anytype of reservation, only if they produce the specific category certificate issued by the competentauthority of the State of Uttarakhand.

4.4 Vertical Reservation: for State Quota Seats 04% seats will be reserved for the candidates of ScheduledTribes (ST) of Uttarakhand and 19% seats will be reserved for the candidates of Scheduled Castes (SC) of

Uttarakhand and 14% seats will be reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBC) (except prevailingcreamy layer criteria as prescribed by the state government) candidates of Uttarakhand Only.

4.5 Horizontal Reservation (in each vertical category): 30% seats will be reserved for women candidates, 05%seats will be reserved for the candidates of Defence Personal Ward (DPW) of Uttarakhand. 02% seats will bereserved for dependents of Freedom Fighter (FF) of Uttarakhand in respective category of Verticalreservation.

4.6 For Defence Personnel Wards (DPW) candidates, the certificate issued by the competent authority for thispurpose will be valid.

4.7 OBC Candidates are advised to check his/her OBC certificate carefully and ensure that it is valid,because the OBC certificate is valid for three years duration only. The OBC certificate should bevalid upto the last date of admission for session 2019-20 OR at the time of particular round ofCounselling and admission in the concerned college / institute claiming candidate for reservationwith invalid OBC certificate will be summarily rejected during the Counselling and he/she will beconsidered as UR candidate only

4.8 If category/subcategory seats of “State Quota” remain vacant due to non availability of eligible candidatesof their respective categories/subcategories, then these vacant seats will be converted in the last round ofCounselling as per the prevailing rules of Govt. of Uttarakhand, applicable at the time of Counselling.

4.9 Candidates who belong to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Back ward Classes of Uttarakhnad have toproduce caste certificate and Uttarakhand state domiciale/permanent resident certificate issued by thecompetent authority of the State Government. The original certificate has to be produced at the time ofadmission. If a candidate fails to produce the original caste certificate and domicile/permanent certificateof Uttarakhand he/she will not be eligible for the benefit of reservation. The candidate shall beresponsible for the same. In case of non-avalibilty of reserve candidates in their respective categories,conversion of seats will be done as per Govt. of Uttarakhand order no 1070/XXVIII/2017-150 II Coverdated 25th August, 2017

4.10 Reservation for persons with disabilities (PWD) candidates

For persons with disabilities (PWD) candidates who are domicile of Uttarakhand 4% seats of the annualsanctioned state quota (college wise) shall be reserved (horizontal reservation) and filled up by theeligible candidates under persons with disabilities (PWD). Candidates must have to produce the validcertificate from competent authorities.

4.11 In case eligible differently abled candidates are not available in its category then the vacant seats shall befilled by other PH candidate in order of merit as per the provision given in government of Uttarakhandorder no 1070/XXVIII/2017-150 II Cover dated 25th August, 2017

4.12 In case of non availability of any differently abled candidates in unreserved (PH) category even afterconversion as mentioned above the seats will be converted into open seats in that particular category asbelow in the last round of the Counselling.

Scheduled Tribe (ST) PH => Scheduled Tribe (ST) OpenScheduled Cast (SC) PH => Scheduled Cast (SC) OpenOther Backward classes (OBC) PH => Other backward classes (OBC) OpenOpen / Unreserved category PH => Open / unreserved category

4.13 Reservation policy for Wards of Kashmiri Migrants (WKM)

Online Applications are invited from the wards of Kashmiri Migrant Candidates, who have qualified in NEET-2019, for admission to 01 reserved seat in University Campus Colleges in Uttarakhand. (total 01 seats). Theinterested candidate should upload the following self attested certificates/documents apart from thedocuments mentioned in Para 9.6 of this Information Brochure:

a) Certificate of registration as Kashmiri Migrant issued by the Relief Commissioner, Jammu orcompetent authority of Uttarakhand to establish the status of the applicant as registered migrant.

b) Proof of property in Kashmir of the parent of the candidate. (Scanned documents should be emailedseparately on uaucouncelling@gmail.com on the day of choice filling. Candidates are requested to submitnotarized translated version in English language if the documents are in the language other than Hindi orEnglish

c) Proof of current residence (such as Ration Card/Photo Identity Card issued by the election Commissioner/driving license/aadhar card/passport etc.)

Note:-1. Domicile of Uttarakhand is not mandatory in order to get the benefit WKM reserved seats.2. In case, eligible WKM candidates are not available then the vacant seats will be filled by Merit

list- 2019 in Mop up round.3. The admission shall be made on the basis of merit in the AIAPGET-2019 qualifying examination.

5. COUNSELLING REGISTRATION FEE

Online Counselling one time registration Fee is Rs- 5,000/- for round 1 and round 2 for all categories. Butregistration fee for fresh registration in Round 2 have to pay Rs. 5000/-. In Mopup Round RegistrationFees for already registered candidates in Round 1& 2 have to Re –Register and have to Pay RS. 2000/-and fresh registration (New Candidate) have to pay Rs-5000/-

5.1 Counselling registration fee shall neither be refunded nor carried forward, if the application for UAUC-PG-2019 Centralized Counselling is rejected/candidature is found to be ineligible. Hence candidates areadvised to read the eligibility criteria carefully before applying. Only eligible candidates will beconsidered for Counselling/admission.

5.2 For All the Round of Counselling registration fee as described above will have to be paid online through NetBanking, Credit or Debit card only. No cheque or draft will be accepted.

7. STIPEND

7.1 Stipend will be paid to the PG students of Rishikul Campus (Haridwar), UAU/ Gurukul Campus (Haridwar), UAUas per Uttarakhand Government rules

7.2 No stipend will be paid to the candidates selected on All india (Self Finance seats) In Rishikul Campus(Haridwar), and Gurukul Campus (Haridwar) of Uttarakhand Ayurved University.

8. COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

8.1 AIA-PGET -2019 qualified eligible candidates interested to participate in Counselling against PG, State/All India-Management quota seats are required to register themselves in various rounds of counselling. Candidates who fail

to register in 1st round of counselling can participate in 2nd and Mop-Up round of counselling afterregistration and payment of required fee.

8.2 Only registered candidates will be allowed for that particular round of Counselling.

8.3 The candidate is compulsorily required to furnish AIA-PGET -2019 examination Roll Number, AIA-PGET -2019 application number, valid mobile number and other required information in order to register forCounselling. Candidate will receive a verification code on their registered mobile, which will be used by them forregistration in subsequent steps of online filling of application form.

8.4 If candidate failed to lock the filled in choices, the same will be locked automatically as per the time specified in theCounselling schedule. If a candidate failed to fill any choice, he/she will not be eligible for seat allotment.

8.5 The general instructions for eligible candidates:• Registration facility is available in each round of Counselling as notified in Counselling schedule. To become

eligible to participate in any particular round of Counselling candidate have to register themselves and fill theirchoices in that particular round of Counselling.

• If a candidate has not registered himself in a particular round of Counselling, he/she will not be considered forseat allotment for that particular round of Counselling.

• If candidate allotted a seat in 1st Round and even if candidate does not report/join the allotted college he willbe eligible for subsequent rounds.

• If a candidate allotted a seat in 1st round of Counselling and once candidate joined the allotted seat and ifhe/she want to resign/ surrender the seats he has to apply through the Principal to the Registrar, UAU before2nd Round of the Counselling.

• If a candidate allotted a seat in 2nd round of Counselling and once candidate joined the allotted seat and ifhe/she want to resign/ surrender the seats he has to apply through the Principal to the Registrar, UAU beforeMop- up Round of the Counselling.

• Candidates who have been allotted seat in round I of Counselling can opt for seat upgradation upto round II ofCounselling only. No upgradation is allowed after second round of the Counselling

• If a candidate has upgraded in the round II the seat allotted in round I gets automatically cancelled and allottedto next eligible candidate in merit. Candidates are advised to select choices carefully.

• Candidates have to fill new/fresh choices in each round of Counselling to become eligible for seat allotment inthat particular round.

• Candidate can give as many choices as he/she wishes during online choice filling. However choices should bein order of candidate’s preference & eligibility.

• Candidates are advised to select the choices very carefully. If candidate is not interested in any specificQuota/College/Course, it is advised not to opt for that specific Quota/College/Course seat in choice fillingprocess as allotment once done will not be altered. University/ Counselling Board will not be responsiblefor any mistake done at the part of the candidate.

• Candidate has to fill up the fresh choices/quota for each subsequent rounds of Counselling separatelyirrespective of previous choices/quota.

8.6 Candidates are required to produce following self attested documents at the time of admission in respectivecolleges.

High School (10th) Certificate for Age proof. Mark Sheets of all Professional Examinations.(BAMS) B.A.M.S. Degree- Provisional/ Permanent. AIA-PGET -2019 Admit Card (issued by AIA-PGET ) AIA-PGET -2019 Result/Rank letter (issued by AIA-PGET) Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate Registration Certificate of Indian Medicine Board. Employer,s Relieving Certificate , if employed. Certificate of Reserve category, if applicable Certificate of Sub Category, if applicable. (for Domicile/Permanent resident of Uttarakhand only) PWD category certificate issued by competent authority of Uttarakhand state only if applicable.

Certificates required for Ward of Kashmiri Migrants, if applicable. Domicile Certificate ( For Uttarakhand domicile candidate only) Valid ID proof (preferably Aadhar Card/Passport/PAN card/Driving License etc.) Other supporting document as desired bythe candidate. Original leaving certificate and Transfer certificate.

8.7 UAUC PG-2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University Centralized Counselling will be carried out in thefollowing rounds.

(a) First Round :-

• Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as pertheir preference & eligibility to become eligible for first round of Counselling.

• Candidates must keep a print copy of the online choice filled form for future reference.

• The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the University websiteonly. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time of admission tothe college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.

• Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH colleges onor before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelledautomatically.

• Candidates are required to join allotted institution/college and complete the admission formalities then onlycandidate can exercise option to participate in second round of Counselling for upgradation. For Round 1candidates can resign from their allotted seat in First Round, if he/ she is not satisfied with the allotted seat andcan still participate in Round 2 with original User ID & Password of Round 1. Candidates who are allotted a seatin Round 1 but do not join are also eligible to participate in Round 2nd

• 1st Round candidate allotted a seat in 1st Round and even if candidate does not report/join the allotted collegehe/she will be eligible for subsequent rounds.

• Candidates who have taken admission against the allotted seats will be permitted for course/college/quotaup-gradation up to second round of Counselling only.

• The registered candidate who does not get allotment to any College may participate in the next round ofCounselling.

• If the Candidate want to leave the Joined seat, he/ she has to apply through the Principal of college to theregistrar, UAU, Deharadun before the second round of the Counselling.

(b) Second Round:-

• The following group of candidates are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment:-

Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.Group–II: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and wants to participate for

second round up-gradation.Group- III: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but not Joined.Group-IV: Candidates who are registering for the first time.

• New/Fresh Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fillchoices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for second round of Counselling. Howeveralready registered Candidates & candidates opting for upgradation have to Online re- register themselves withoutpayment of registration fee.

• Candidates who have admitted against round I & II allotted seat and want to Resign/Surrender the Seathe/she has apply through college Principal to Registrar, UAU, Dehradun before Mop-Up Round of theCounselling. All registered candidates have to fill & lock their choices as per their preference order &eligibility.

• The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the University websiteonly. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time of admission to

the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.

• Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH College onor before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelledautomatically.

(c) . Mop Up RoundThe Following categories of candidates are eligible for Mop up Round:- Candidates who are registering for the first time. Candidates who have registered but not allotted seat in Round I & Round II. All candidates except those who are holding/joined a seat of Round I or Round II.• Candidates have to online register themselves to become eligible to Mop-UP Round Counselling.

• To become eligible For MOP-UP Round Counselling, already registered candidates are required to deposit theregistration fee of Rs. 2000/- only Fresh candidates (New Candidates) are required to deposit Rs-5000/-to getthemselves registered online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card only. No cheque or draft will beaccepted.

• Eligible candidates will have to present him//herself in front of Counselling board at the designated Counsellingvenue as per schedule date and time, for seat allotment along with required original documents.

Round specific additional instructions will be displayed separately on University website Candidates areadvised to visit the University website regularly for updates regarding Counselling. No personal intimationwill be sent.

9. Admission procedure

Download Admission letter from the Respective College website. Candidates should report personally to the allotted college office for deposition of Fee to complete admission

process. The candidate should report personally to the allotted college along with the following documents

originals and one set of self attested copies for completion of further admission process within thespecified period

After completing the above mentioned formalities/procedure, the admission process will only be completedonce the candidate gets the admission letter issued by the concerned college within the specified time periodmentioned in the allotment letter. Hence, the candidates are required to make necessary arrangement from his/her

side well in time to complete the whole admission process within the specified time period of that particularround.

10. FEE & FEE REFUND POLICY10.1 The fees structure of All India Central Quota selected by AYUSH Ministry GOI and All India Self-

financed Quota for University Campuses will be same.

10.3 FOR UNIVERSITY CAMPUS COLLEGES (RISHIKUL CAMPUS AND GURUKUL CAMPUS)

a) If a candidate wants to quit the college allotted to him in the First round he/ she has to inform theRegistrar, Uttarakhand Ayurved University through the Principal of the concerned college before thedate of registration of second round that he/she is vacating the seat allotted to him/her in theCounselling & then only he/she will be entitled to get refund of the fees deposited by him/her afterdeduction of Rs, 5000/-only (as administrative charges). In addition, charges for the services availed (e. g.Hostel, mess etc.) by the candidate will also be deducted from the fees deposited, on actualconsumption/rational basis, by the college administration.

b) If a candidate wants to quit the college allotted to him in the Second round he/ she has to inform theRegistrar, Uttarakhand Ayurved University through the Principal of the concerned college before thedate of registration of Mop- Up Round/ Last Counselling that he/she is vacating the seat allotted tohim/her in the Counselling & then only he/she will be entitled to get refund of the fees deposited byhim/her after deduction of Rs, 5000/-only (as administrative charges). In addition, charges for the servicesavailed (e.g. Hostel, mess etc.) by the candidate will also be deducted from the fees deposited, on actualconsumption/rational basis, by the college administration.

c) If Candidate Leave the College allotted to him after the last round of Counselling after takingadmission his/ her fees will be Forfeited & has to pay back the Stipend received by him/her.

For Private Colleges• Fee & Fee refund Policy will be as per norms of Concern College. Candidate is advised to contact the

concerned colleges.

11. JURISDICTION

Any dispute concerning “UAUC-PG-2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University Centralized Counselling”would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hon’ble courts within the territorialjurisdiction of Uttarakhand only.

12. DISCLAIMER

In case of incorrect information detected at any stage of the selection process, the candidate will automaticallydisqualify from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear for UAUC PG Counselling infuture in the Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. If such instances go undetected during the currentselection process but are detected in subsequent years or later on; such disqualification will take place withretrospective effect and the Principal/Dean/ Director of the concerned college/institute shall have the authority

to cancel the admission of the candidate and to proceed for legal action against him/her and all theinformation/documents furnished by the candidate will be scrutinized/verified by competent authoritiesfurther.
