› Are a resident of the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Philippines or Canada.

Facts

› All prices and benefits are quoted in U.S. dollars.

› Plans are annual, non-refundable and non-transferable.

› Membership is effective on the first day of the month following receipt of payment.

› Plans are administered by Aon and underwritten by United Stated Fire Insurance Company when issued in the US.
