3 Credit Risk of the Issuer

The underlying asset of the fund is a senior unsecured debt obligation of the

Issuer. Any payment on the underlying asset of the fund is dependent on the

ability of the Issuer to pay its obligations as they come due. In the event the

Issuer defaults on its obligations, you may not receive any amounts payable to

you. The underlying asset of the fund is not guaranteed by the Philippine

Deposit Insurance Corporation.

4 Credit Risk of the Republic of the Philippines

The underlying asset of the fund is subject to the credit event risk of the

Republic of the Philippines. Final redemption amount on maturity date may be

less than 100% if a credit event occurs on or prior to maturity date.

5. Secondary Market Trading

Subject to prevailing laws and to the extent practical, the Issuer will use its best efforts to

provide a monthly secondary market for the notes. No assurance can be given that any trading

market for the underlying asset of the fund will exist or whether any such market will be liquid

or illiquid. Any market making activity if commenced may be discontinued at any time. If the

underlying asset of the fund is not traded on any exchange, pricing information may be more

difficult to obtain and the liquidity and price of the underlying asset of the fund may be

adversely affected. This may affect the withdrawal values of this Policy.

6. Tax and Regulatory Change Event

Any future tax or other charges that may be imposed by any government affecting this Policy

shall be for your account. Policy values shall be modified and/or reduced accordingly in case of a

regulatory change event that results in losses suffered, or costs, or expenses incurred by the

Issuer in connection with the underlying asset of the fund.
