(EM) – To evaluate energy cost and consumption, recommend solutions for energy and cost reduction, review construction documents for design and installation compliance, to raise awareness and encourage customer participation, in support of the Facilities Division Mission.

(FM) – To provide collaborative financial services in a prompt manner with integrity to ensure institutional compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. To provide an environment for facilities financial personnel through which they may achieve and be recognized as highly skilled and experienced professionals through education, training, and service.
