Changing direction Area 20 x20 with 4 one yard gates in the corners. Players standing 2 on one side and 1 opposite with the two1. Player 1 dribbles the ball across to the
opposite side using the foot closest to the sideline having as many touches of the ball as possible
2. When the players get halfway they switch feet and dribble to the group diagonally
• Get low on the ball • Knees bent • Small touches of the ball • Change of pace in the middle part • Bring the ball to the middle with the foot
closest to the outside • Be dynamic in the center • Change feet, direction and speed
Adding pressureArea 20x20 12 players• Players try to dribble a ball across to an
open gate with 1 defender in the middle • If defender puts their foot on the ball
they switch with whoever gave it away • Start the game with 3 balls • Take away a gate and add a defender

• Partner and a ball line up across from a gate
• Players start close together, as they complete a pass through the gate they take a step back. If they miss, take a step forward.
• See who can get the furthest apart• Ball must get to partner and cannot touch
cones• Switch to Left foot only, right foot only

5 goal game: 3v3 • 5 balls set up on cones on the field• Teams use game ball to knock other balls

In the same game space• Every player has a ball at their feet,• One player is “it”• Players are free to dribble anywhere in the grid• “IT” attempts to hit a player’s ball with her own by passing into it• If a player’s ball is hit they joins ”it” to hit other balls.• The last player left dribbling the ball becomes “it”
for the next round.
• Protect the ball – Big as possible• Get away from pressure• Balanced stance• Head up for awareness
Divide field into 8 grids with 2 players and 1 ball in each grid• One partner starts with the ball and attempts to shield
the ball from her opponent.• Player without the ball tries to win the ball and shield• Normal rules apply for a ball kicked out of bounds.• Whichever player has possession of the ball after 20
seconds of play wins.• Rotate opponents
