Co&ssion has planned and is now prepared to offer courses in +his subject

t o a limited number of physician8 frofn each state,

The purpbse of these training courses is to provide at the state

level a nucleus of trained physician teachers in the medical aspects of

a-c warfare. It is aasumsd that physician teachem w i l l return b ndr

states and train others who w i l l . subsequently provide trdnhg for doctom,

nurma, and dentists and allied professions at the local level ,

To assist i n selection of candidates and to keep registration within

limfta of available facilities, a committee corpposed of representatives of

the AEC Division of Biology and Medicine, the NSRB aad the interested Uni-

versities and laboratories have specified the fo- ~ O U F C ~ S f r o m which

selections should be made, and, cziteria for individual qudllfications:
