Despatch TAD Truck-in/Walk-in ovens feature horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, aluminized steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. The result is proven reliabil- ity in demanding production applications, such as aging, bonding, curing, drying, finish baking and heat treating. Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs, with eight ramp and soak segments in each program. The TAD is equipped with the Protocol 3™ microprocessor-based tempera- ture and hi-limit controller with large LCD display and real time clock for auto start capability. Data-logging functionality enables reporting and analyzing and data files can be exported via the controller’s USB port. Despatch TFD Class A ovens are specifically designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal. The oven comes complete with a pressure relief panel, purge timer, and exhaust fan.

Despatch 476 and 952 cubic foot TAD/TFD walk-in ovens feature uniflow airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. High volume fans deliver heated air through adjustable louvers from both sides of the chamber. This air moves horizontally and vertically through the work cham-ber to be reheated and recirculated through the system. The result is proven reliability in demanding production applications, such as aging, bonding, curing, drying, finish baking and heat treating.
Despatch TFD Class A ovens are specifically designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal. These oven comes complete with a pressure relief panel, purge timer, and exhaust fan.
These ovens are equipped with a Watlow F4T temperature controller and high limit controller with 4.3” color graphical touch screen interface and Ethernet Modbus. The controller can be programmed with up to 40 ramp/soak profiles. Data-logging functionality enables reporting and analyzing and data files can be exported via the controller’s USB port.

Despatch offers a standard truck designed for use with TAD and TFD Walk-in/Truck-in ovens. The standard truck comes with steel casters, a rigid base and a shelf rack with four-inch spacing. Shelves are available individually so you can order as many as needed. This standard design can be modified to suit your particular needs.
Proper loading of the oven is critical to achieving optimal temperature uniformity. Parts must be loaded in the oven in a way that allows air to flow evenly around all parts on the load. Trucks can be designed to enhance efficiency and improve part uniformity.
