Most Department that have reported incidents have no representative in the HSC for Penrith Campus

Conclusion• Need to include other departments

in the HSC for Penrith.• We could also look at the definition

of work group in the future. • 3 Campus in 1 might not be best.• Alan Beckley – New HSC
