A low cost environmental friendly project to convert waste scrap tyres into useful fuel oil and Light Diesel Oil, which are very precious energy resources. Solves alarmingly rising pollution problem caused due to dumping of scrap tyres and at the same time creates much needed energy source - a classical recycling of waste into energy by using a pyrolysis process, which uses its own generated fuel. On the basis of prevalent prices in India, a 10 TPD project yields a huge earning of appx. Rs. 30,000 per day and is a real music to the investing entrepreneurs of small and medium category.

PLANT MERITS
•One Plant has been supplied to a •Party in Europe and proven as per EU standards and working well. •Yields of Pyro Diesel Oil (40%), •Carbon Black (35%), Scrap Steel 10%, •Hydrocarbon combustible Gas (15%), •Assured with R&D and commercial experience of over a decade. •Assured high Plant Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of 85% or more. •At these yield rates and production costs, assured profits will be, between 50% and 100%.
•The project payback period will be 3 years(outer limit)
TURNKEY PROJECT COORDINATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES ASSURED:
• Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) & Turnkey Project
Coordination Consultancy (TPCC) Services under one roof for timely
implementation & starting of production.
• Experienced Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Team
under one roof.
• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is available (optional).
RAW MATERIALS SUPPLY CONTRACT & FINISHED GOODS BUY-BACK GUARANTEE AGREEMENT:
• Raw Material supply contract at reasonable rates will be
signed for supply of cut scrap tyres from the Middle
East/Europe for 10 years, with acceptable price
escalation clause, to protect the interests of both the
parties.
• Finished goods Buy-back Agreement for 10 years, with
acceptable price escalation clause, to protect the
interests of both the parties (optional, since the products
are in great demand).
