Parcipants outside your company infrastructure can be included. There are no applicaons to install on any work staons. Reduced bandwidth opon While standard operaon is peer-to-peer, with the bandwidth requirement at each locaon determined by the number of parcipants, a cloud-based media server can be deployed where there are more than three conference parcipants from different locaons. This reduces the bandwidth requirement per user to about 2Mbits/sec, even with high numbers of parcipants. Scheduling opon A shared calendar, with a drop down menu of licensed rooms.
