Type Face in the opening sequence

The opening sequence was edited using Imovie however the type face of the opening credits were not professional enough so we decided to do it in final cut pro. For these credits we used a typeface called handwriting- Dakota, which we positioned, at a jaunty angle with some letter in capitals. We did this to make it appear sinister and also have the effect of making the audience disorientated. On the tape face we also added noise to make it appear as a flicker to increase this sense of disorientation. This was an effect that we were looking for after analyzing the opening credits of David fincher’s “sevon”.
