● Led a team consisting of five personnel whom provided both secure and “non-secure” network communication to our clients. Including the use of the Cisco Call Manager to bring VoIP telephony to our network. Was held accountable for over $40 million dollars of equipment resulting in zero loss over a two-year period. My team was recognized to be one of the quickest and most efficient in the 4th Infantry Division.
● Cross-trained on line of sight (LOS) communications. Solved an issue where IP traffic would not route through our LOS network. Generating additional bandwidth normally available by satellite.
● Deployed to Jalalabad, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from November of 2012 to July of 2013. Operated as a network and systems administrators for our base’s network consisting of 3000 people; NATO, civilian, and all branches of the U.S. Military.
