SummaryThe epic begun when tuwaang said to his aunt that he receive an

invitation in the wedding of the dalaga ng Mon:awon. His aunt forbids him, cause she foresees bad things to happen. But tuwaang did not obey her aunt cause he wants to see the beauty of the dalaga ng Mon:awon. So he prepared to go to the wedding.

When he was travelling he saw a mythical bird called the gungutan and decided to catch it. But before he do so, the gungutan confronted him and said that he saw tuwaang with him in a dreamed going to the wedding celebration. So tuwaang brought the mythical bird with him.

when they arrived at the wedding celebration they saw the arriving of the guest (the young man of Panayangan, the young man of Liwanon, the young man of the rising sun, the young man of mandalangin, the young man of Auman, finally, the groom the young man of Sakadna along with the hundreds of followers.

The time when the prelimenaries of the wedding ceremony begun the groom confess the he can’t redeem a golden guitar and golden flute. Tuwaang helped the groom using his magical breathe to produce such things which was accepted by the bride’s party.

The bride was ask to serve the guest with some betel chew. She commands her magical betel box to serve the guest for her then the betel box do what the bride had said. But everyone was surprise when they saw that the betel box stops at tuwaang and move no more. Moreover, the guest was shocked when the dalaga of Mo:nawon sat beside tuwaang instead to his groom. The young man of sakadna was embarrassed and went out the hall to fight tuwaang. Confusion became intense when the guest begun to fight as well.

Outside, the gungutan was already fighting with the followers of the man of sakandna and already killed a lot of them. The confusion of the gungutan arose when the the young man of panayaman was killed, which causes the the young man of mandalangin and auman with the other young man to fight the gungutan.

Because tuwaan felt pity to the gungutan he decided to participate to the fight and help the gungutan. So tuwaan fight the young man of Liwanon, Rising sun, and the groom the young man of sakadna.

The fight lasted for many nights and days with just minutes of rest and started fighting again. The fight causes so much destruction and even shakes the entire earth.

With the fight between the gungutan and the young men of mandalangin and auman, the gunugtan won.

While with tuwaan ‘s fight, only him and the man of sakadna remained standing. The battle between both gallants was so tough that no one wants to be defeated. The young man of sakadna was powerful that he even causes tuwaan to sink to the underworld. While he was there he talked to tuwaha god of the underworld who tells how to defeat the young man of sakadna that seems to be imortal.

And with that secret ( the young man of sakadna kept his breath of life in the golden flute of manda:ngan the goddes of war). Tuwaan manage to kill the young man of sakadna by breaking the the golden flute. Then up there he was left standing viewing the devastated land.

Accompanied by the gungutan the took the bride home to Kauman, where he rules forever.
