TurningPoint Programme What requires partnership? Background on employment & social policy:
No strong co-operation between family care centres and job centres, but there are overlaps among the target groups
The Social Act obliges these family care centres to help specially the long-term unemployed people, but they usually don’t have enough human resources and tools to do that

Creating partnership The programme tries to fill this institutional
gap: 2 social workers has an office in two family care
centres The Programme has an office weekly in the Job
Centre There is an Employment Information Point at the
Resource Centre managed together with the Job Centre
We have 14 other partners: NGOs, social institutions, training centres, local governments, etc.
