VEGETABLE ROLL STYLE

Rinse in strainer till water is clear. Add to a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
Prepare the rice
2.Add vinegar, sugar, and salt to a sauceman and heat over medium heat stirring occasionally until dissolved. In a dish place in fridge to cool.

5. It’s time to roll
3.Kill the heat. Add cooled vinegar mixture to rice in the saucepan and stir with spatula until sticky and completely dry.
Fold Towel over into a rectangle and place on flat surface. Top with plastic wrap, nori, and with your hands wet spread thin layer of rice.
6. Roll itAdd veggies on the bottom 3/4 of the rice layer and start rolling. Roll over the rice and nori first with your fingers followed by the plastic wrap and towel to compress the roll.
7. Slice and serveSlice roll with a knife and serve immediately with pickeled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
8. Enjoy!
