The life of Tupac Shakur was outstanding and led him to write amazing songs. Tupac’s early life was inspirational to many other people. His problems were very violent and deadly to himself and others. His career led to many songs that seduced a lot of people. Tupac’s death was a nightmare with a lot of blood and gore. His early life will make you want to learn more about Tupac.

Tupac was born in the East Harlem section in Manhattan on June 16, 1971. He was named after a Peruvian revolutionary. At the age of 3, Shakur’s mom was sentenced to jail, 3 years later she was released. When Tupac was 6, his godfather was accused of stabbing and killing Pac's teacher. Jury lasted 2 1/2 years long. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison. At the age of 15, Tupac was considered very popular because of his rapping style and slang and he could fit in with anyone. Though Tupac was popular, he started hanging out with the wrong people and got into many problems.

When Tupac was 22, as Tupac, Qaid and some of his friends were walking down the street, a 1990 Cadillac drove by and started shooting at them. Qaid was killed at just 6 years old, and Pac was shot twice on the leg and hip. On November 30, 1993 exactly one year after Qaids death, Pac and Marion his brother, were walking towards Qaid's grave site when the same 1990 Cadillac drove by and shot at them once again. Marion was killed with 12 bullets to his skull, and Pac though he was seriously injured survived the shooting. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) Pac was seriously injured. Once again the day came. Tupac was searching revenge. Walking heavily armed with Suge Night hoping to find the Cadillac. They did. A major gunfight began. “Pac executed 2/3 men. The survivor fled.”( (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) When Pac was released from the hospital after he was shot and robbed, he got stabbed repeatedly. Suge and company came and killed 6/10 men. Many of these problems led to his songs.

In 1990, Tupac released his first album called "Tupacalypse now" Tupac released A total of 23 albums before death. After death he released 3 albums. "Strictly for Ma N.I.G***, Thug life, and TrOuBlEsOmE. " Pacs songs have been influenced on his life, what life is about and real life situations. "Brenda's got a Baby" is a really popular song. It's about a 12-year-old girl who gets pregnant. It goes like this “ Now the baby is in the trash heap, ballin momma can't help her, but it hurts to hear her callin. Brenda wants to run away momma say you makin me lose pay. The social workers here every day. Now Brenda’s Gotta make her own way cant go to her family they wont let her stay. No money no babysitter. She couldn’t keep a job. She tried to sell crack but end up gettin robbed. So now whats next. They aint nothin left to sell. So she sees s** as a way of leaving hell so she really can't complain. Prostitute found slain and Brenda her name she got a baby."(http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/t/tupac/brendas_got_a_baby.html) This song makes more sense when you watch the video because it shows what actually happens. Another song is Dear mamma.

The top 13 songs are Hail Mary, Dear mama, I aint mad at cha, I get around, California love, Gangsta party, only god can judge me, Brenda’s got a baby, me vs. the world, and changes. “In his last album all songs either went gold or platinum.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) he had 13 songs that made it #1 on mtv.

Many of Tupac’s songs are sung with the same beat. At the beginning it has the boom ,boom ,boom then the song. And each song has a dedication to people who had the problem that he is singing about. Some songs have codes. Like god bless the dead. Backwards it says yes I’m alive. Many of tupacs songs led to grudges. In his song Hail mary he says " I got a head with no screws on" (http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/t/tupac/hail_mary.html) What he really means is that when stuff go into his brain they always come back out. Wich led to his death.

" On the night of September 7, 1996, Shakur attended the Mike Tyson Bruce Seldom boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After leaving the match, one of Suge's associates spotted 21 year-old Orlando Anderson, a member of the rival gang, in the MGM Grand lobby and informed Shakur.”(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) Shakur then attacked Anderson. Shakur's entourage, as well as Suge and his followers assisted in assaulting Anderson. The fight was captured on the hotel's surveillance. A few weeks earlier, Anderson and a group of Crips had robbed a member of Death Row's entourage in a store, precipitating Shakur's attack. “After the brawl, Shakur went to a club with Suge to go to Death Row-owned Club 662 (now known as restaurant/club Seven). He rode in Suge's 1996 black bmw 750 part of a larger convoy including many in Shakur's entourage" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur)” At approximately 11:15 p.m., a white, four-door, late-model Cadillac with an unknown number of occupants pulled up to the sedan's right side, rolled down one of the windows, and rapidly fired twelve to thirteen shots at Shakur.”

Four rounds struck him, with bullets hitting him in the chest, pelvis, his right hand, and thigh. One of the rounds apparently ricocheted into Shakur's right lung. Suge was hit in the head by shrapnel, though it is thought that a bullet grazed him. According to Suge, a bullet from the gunfire had been lodged in his skull, but medical reports later contradicted this statement. After arriving on the scene, police and paramedics took Suge and a fatally wounded Shakur to the University Medical Center.

“According to an interview with one of Shakur's closest friends the music video director Gobi, while at the hospital, he received news from a Death Row marketing employee that the shooters had called the record label and were sending death threats aimed at Shakur, claiming that they were gang there to "finish him off". Upon hearing this, Gobi immediately alerted the Las Vegas police, but the police claimed they were understaffed and no one could be sent.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) Nonetheless, the shooters never arrived. At the hospital, Shakur was in and out of consciousness, was heavily sedated, was breathing through a ventilator and respirator, was placed on life support machines, and was ultimately put under a barbiturate induced coma after repeatedly trying to get out of the bed.

"Despite having been resuscitated in a trauma center and surviving a multitude of surgeries (as well as the removal of a failed right lung), Shakur had gotten through the critical phase of the medical therapy and was given a 50% chance of pulling through. Gobi left the medical center after being informed that Shakur made a 13% recovery on the sixth night. While in critical care unit on the afternoon of September 13, 1996, Shakur died of internal bleeding; doctors attempted to revive him but could not impede his hemorrhaging.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur) His mother Afeni, made the decision to tell the doctors to stop. Right when she walked out of the room Shakur died. He was pronounced dead at 4:03 p.m. The official cause of death was noted as respiratory failure and cardiopulmonary arrest in connection. But no one knows what really ever happened to Tupac's body.

Later his gang cremated his body. It was said that the rival gang stole his ashes and smoked them with Marijuana" Another theory told was that, "after death, Pac was buried in L.A. The last theory told was that, after the fatal shooting in Vegas, Pac was in the hospital, and left the building, faking his own death to avoid any more attacks. No body knows what happened, but investigations continue as we speak. Finding out who shot him, and how he died we might never know.

The life of Tupac was mysterious and cruel, yet fascinating. His problems were hideously gory to himself, and the people involved with him. Even though his musical career was made short, the great history left behind will forever make us remember him. He showed that his roots made him the star he was. Proving that no matter how difficult life can be, with some struggle and hard work, anyone can have goals and succeed.
