Production Notes

This book was produced entirely on a Macintosh using both hand transcriptions and .abc tune

sources from the Internet, mostly from Henrik Norbeck’s ABC archives. The .abc files were broughtin to BarFly 1.0d25, which generated the notation. The resulting graphics were then pasted intoMicrosoft Word, then exported as PDF using Adobe Acrobat.
