This deposit has to be paid at the Accounts Department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and a receipt will be issued upon payment. Any further technical information may be obtained during normal working hours from Mr. Hadeed Mohammed, County Superintendent at Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation Telephone No. #662-2261/4139 Ext. 234. Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visits are carded for Monday 19 th March, 2012, Wednesday 21 st March, 2012 and Friday 23 rd March, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Corporation’s Technical Office, Centenary Street, Tunapuna. Tender Closes on Thursday 5 th April, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Tenderers are invited to the public opening of tenders on Friday 13 th April, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Corporation’s Chamber TENDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:- 1. Valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing of the tender. 2. Valid Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act. The original tender and one (1) copy each of the Forms of Tender, Bills of Quantities and Summary Page must be placed in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation. LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES The Committee does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender. The Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation reserves the right to cancel the bidding process in its entirety, without defraying any cost incurred by any firm in submitting their tender.
