Appliqué:
Prepare pieces for appliqué using your favoritemethod.
Stems for square blocks are 3/4” bias tape madefrom olive print fabric. Stems for triangle blocks are1/2” bias tape made from olive print fabric. Useplacement diagram to help place appliqué's thenstitch in place.
Corner Block:
Use the white tonal 22 1/2” squares.
Small Flower:templates B, G, L
Large Flower:templates C, H, M
Leaves:templates Q, R
Center stem is 9”, sidestems are 13” cut.
See placement diagram for appliqué placement.
Triangle Blocks:
Cut the white tonal 32 1/8” square twice diagonally.
Small Flower: templates E, J, NLarge Flower: templates K, D, O
Leaf: template S
Center stem is 7”, smaller stems are 5 1/4” cut.
Center Block:Make 1
Piece the template A pieces together as shown tomake eight diamond units.

Use inset seams to join the diamond units together,
adding the appliqué blocks as you go.
Stitch the navy tonal 2 1/2” x 44” strips together inpairs. Add to the center block, mitering corners.
Border blocks:Make 14 yellow floral
13 blue geometric13 green dots
Cut the white tonal 3 5/8” squares twice diagonally.
Using inset seams, stitch the template F pieces withthe white tonal 2 1/8” square and the trianglepieces. Trim to 8 1/2” square if necessary.
Cut the white tonal 9 1/4” squares twice diagonallyfor setting triangles.
Cut the white tonal 4 7/8” squares once diagonallyfor strip corners.
Add to the blocks to make the border strips.
Strip shown is top of quilt.
Use cover image for block placement on remainingstrips.
Corner Blocks:
Make 4
Make as for the border blocks using the green tonaltemplate P pieces and the white tonal 4 5/8”squares (cut twice diagonally) and 2 7/8” squares.Trim to 8 1/2” square if necessary.
Add the border strips and corner blocks tocomplete the quilt.
Layer, baste and quilt as desired.
Bind with the remaining navy tonal fabric.
