Individual training with the ball (20 min)Setup and sequence
Mark out a square field 20x20y. Each player has a ball.
Players do the following exercises, one at a time.
- dribbling right/left
- turning with ball
- tricks
- controlling feet, breast, head, knees when the ball comes
down.
- juggle with the ball

Passing system to the third player and scoring (30 min)
Position game 6v3 (25 min)
Setup and sequence
Setup and sequence
Set up two goals with goalkeepers the one next to another.
Divide players into two teams.
Place three cones in a triagle in front of each goal.
-Right side
Player A plays a wall pass with B, who plays a wall pass with
C and finishes with a shot on goal.
-Left side
Player A plays pass to B who receive, turn, plays wall pass
with C and finishes with a shot.
Each player advances to the next position.
Make 3 teams of 3 (2 teams + 1 team)
Team A (six players) must hold ball position against Team B
(3 players) on a 14x22 metres field.
When B defending 5 times getting the ball, switch roles.

- If A complete 10 passes = 1 point.
- if A complete 7 passes in a row, B's players do five pushups.
- Count how many passes A completes within 2 minutes. If B's
players win the ball, it goes back to A.
