Tuao Church @ Community

After the Lord answered our prayers for Akie’s

healing, Akie Lim and her family invited us to have

dinner at their house last January 2, Wednesday

evening. The whole family are so thankful for all the

prayers of Tuao & PP brethren. Everyone is so happy

in that occasion knowing how the Lord works through

prayers and powerfully healed sis.Jovy & bro. Louie’s

youngest daughter. Thanks to Pasir Panjang church as

they partners with us in prayers and intercession.

Wedding At Iguig Cagayan Last January 26, 2013 I solemnized the wedding of

Janno Unciano & Rician Pingad at Iguig Cagayan

Valley. Rician Pingad is the daughter of a Domestic

Helper in Hongkong, who is attending at Wanchai

Church of Christ. Rician mother, name Lilia Pingad,

told sis. Ellah Agayam who is also working in

Hongkong and attending at Wanchai church, that she is

preparing for wedding of her daughter. Sis. Ellah,

knowing that I am a licensed to solemnize weddings, she

immediately suggested to sis.Lilia that I will be the one

to do the wedding rites. Sis.Lilia and Rician texted and

called me about the Wedding. Then, I agreed to

solemnized Rician’s wedding.

Livelihood Seminar In coordination with bro.Bal Lagua of Ilagan Church of Christ,

Angel Touch Livelihood Program conduct a livelihood seminar at

Tuao church building last January 27, 2013, Sunday at 3:00pm.

Angel Touch Livelihood Marketing Executive, Joel Asuncion,

demonstrated to us how to make dishwashing liquid using organic

materials. He discussed how Angel Touch livelihood can help

everyone to use and even sell with good profit, their inexpensive

detergent soaps, fabric conditioners, dishwashing liquid etc.

In this seminar sis.Judith Pastor agreed to be a member of Angel

Touch and willing to take the finished product used in the seminar

demonstration.

Two days after the New Year’s celebration, brother Quintin was hospitalized due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. When we visited

the hospital, he was weak, he cannot get up by himself, his hands are swelling and shaking. It was not only hard for

bro.Quintin but also for sis. Tancia, his wife, the one taking care of him, was assisting him to get up to eat and also to relieve

himself. When we visited them, we prayed and encourage them to keep praying, and continue to trust in the Lord that they

will give Him strength to overcome this problem. After almost a week of stay in the hospital, bro.Quintin was discharged;

though that time he was still very weak. Last January 20 when we visited him and prayed for him he started to get well again.

Debut Party of Kriezel Paguila

Last Sunday, January 27, 2013 after our Sunday service, we were invited by Kriezel

Paguila, cousin of Ariel Paguila, to conduct a thanksgiving devotion for her 18th

birthday.

So after the worship the whole church have our lunch on the said occasion. We shared

the word of God, sang her a birthday songs & praises to God, and before prayers I ask

her friends to say a wish for her, then I ask also her relatives, then her mother, then

lastly Kriezel, with teary eyes give thanks to her parents, relatives and friends and all

those attended her birthday. Then after that we enjoy the delights on the birthday table.

Marlon’s House Dedication

On that same date, after the debut party, bro.Marlon Paragas also invited us to

dedicate to the Lord and give thanks for the newly built house for his family.

Late afternoon we went at San Vicente to Praise God for the blessing of a

house and dedicate this house that it will be use for the Lord’s glory & honor

by raising a family that worship & serve the Lord.
