Law on inland waterway navigation No. 23/2004/QH11 of June

15, 2004, Implementation effect as from January 1, 2005

Decision No. 19/2008/QD-BGTVT of February 22, 2008, takes

effect after 15 days since its publication: Promulgating the

Regulations on examination, granting or changing of Diplomas

and Certificates of crewmen and vessels steersmen and holding

of the inland waterway vessel crewmen’s titles
