▪ Mental health conditions in people living with at least two of the following: Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes and/or cardiovascular disease; or

▪ Chronic kidney disease in people living with at least two of the following: Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes and/or cardiovascular disease; or

▪ Cardiac and vascular complications arising in people living with diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2) and cardiovascular disease; OR Cardiovascular disease in people living with Type 1 diabetes and insulin resistance (double diabetes).

RESEARCH PROJECTS OVERVIEW

ELIGIBILITY

▪ Eligible entities receiving TTRA funding include: MRIs, universities, corporations, or corporate Commonwealth, state or territory government entities

▪ Demonstrated capacity to match the in-kind contribution requirement

▪ Applicants must have an Australian Business Number (ABN)

▪ Corporations must have less than 200 employees

▪ Research Project must address one of the identified Priority Areas, and must be applicable in markets beyond Australia

▪ Applicants must control or have legal right to access and use relevant IP

▪ Investigators can submit multiple applications and apply for both Research Centre and Research Projects.
