TERMS:All order are shipped UPS COD unless prepaid by credit card, company check, money order, cashiers check or bank wire. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. A $35.00 returned check fee will apply. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A $11.00 COD fee will be charged on all COD packages. Freight charges will be added for any non-paid returned COD packages.

SHIPPING POLICY:Tanning Supplies Unlimited will pay shipping charges on lotion orders totaling $150.00 or more for non-Premier Salons and $100.00 for Premier Salons (some restrictions may apply). Lamps, parts, acrylics, displays and beds are excluded.

All orders are processed immediately. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day, when possible.

RETURN POLICY: Product may be returned for exchange only within 30 days from date of invoice provided the product is unopened, unmarked, and has no price stickers. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned product. The customer is responsible for shipping all return items. All returned products are subject to 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGE:All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged items will be replaced after UPS confirmation. All shipping materials must remain intact and all packaging material kept until UPS confirmation.

BACK ORDERS:Tanning Supplies Unlimited will pay freight on back orders totaling $50.00. Back orders under $50.00 will be cancelled unless otherwise requested by the customer. COD and shipping charges will then be applied.
