Advertising Sponsorship Agreement

This agreement when signed by both parties shall serve as a legal and binding contract between the parties to meet the responsibility and obligations as defined within this agreement. The company or person making the purchase understands it is for commercial/ Internet radio, publishing and banner

advertising broadcasted and published by the Texas Sports Network, Inc. (The Texas Sports Radio Network), The Total Sports Network, The total Sports Radio Network, Tsrnsports.com or any one of its affiliated companies. Texas Sports Network, Inc. (The Texas Sports Radio Network), The Total Sports Network, The total Sports Radio Network, Tsrnsports.com or any one of its affiliated companies agrees to provide such commercial advertising to

the best of their ability. The purchase further agrees that the commercial copy/production (tape-CD-MP3 or other) provided to TSN/TSRN is AFTRA and SAG approved.

Description of Purchase:

All terms are due upon receipt of the invoice. Should the purchase of this contract default on its terms as stipulated above or on attached sheets, The

Texas Sports Network Incorporated, The Texas Sports Radio Network, The Total Sports Radio Network doing business in Harris County will seek legal action to satisfy the debt owed. All collection and court costs as well as legal fees will be added to the outstanding debt. A $35.00 assessment will be charged on all returned checks. A $50.00 late fee will be applied to all accounts more than 15 days late, and a late payment fee of 6.5% may be

assessed if current charges are left unpaid after the due date, unless prior arrangements are made and approved by The Texas Sports Network Incorporated, The Texas Sports Radio Network, and The Total Sports Radio Network. Any commercial or commercials that are inadvertently missed during TSRN’s broadcast will be made good on the Network on future TSRN broadcast. There are no refunds.
