Looking for seating that fits your workspace — and won’t wander away?
Meet the Pogo from BioFit. The Pogo mounts to any vertical surface, so it stays right where you need it. And its innovative
swing-away design means it tucks out of the way when it’s not in use.
Pogo is ideal for any work environment where space is at a premium. Medical facilities have installed the Pogo in compact
charting areas, nurses’ stations and any place where standing seating just won’t work. The Pogo also provides an efficient,
reliable solution in laboratories and industrial settings.
With its sturdy 16-gauge steel frame and nonskid glide, the Pogo is built for durability and steadiness. It’s engineered to
withstand the rigors of regular use—the Pogo is tough enough to be backed by an impressive 13-year warranty.
Pogo — Put it where you want it to be used permanently. Check out the Pogo options available today, and talk to your
BioFit representative about how the unique Pogo can work with your remarkable space!

Case Study

Lurie Children’s HospitalIn addition to providing the latest advances in medical technology, Lurie Children’s Hospital was also designed to
ensure that each nurse could have direct visual and audible access to patients. This meant that the nurses’ work-
stations needed to fit in a custom secondary space between patients’ rooms and general corridors. To offer that
innovation and still maintain necessary hallway clearances, a custom seating solution was required.
BioFit worked directly with Lurie Children’s to develop seating that accommodated their unique needs, from the wide
range of motion needed to the various sizes of the staff members. The Pogo proved to be the perfect custom solution,
keeping their hallways clear and easy to clean while preventing seating from becoming misplaced.
Rush University Medical CenterAt Rush University Medical Center, Chicago’s only full-service green hospital, nurses’ stations were designed to
make optimum use of floor space while remaining accessible to patient rooms and other administrative areas. The
specifiers required a compact seating solution that was also durable and ergonomic. In addition, they were seeking a
green option to comply with their LEED requirements.
With its LEED-compliant engineering, small carbon footprint and recyclable materials, the Pogo was the ideal choice
for Rush University Medical Center. The Pogo gave them the ability to make the most efficient use of their available
space, while also ensuring the ergonomic well-being of their staff.
