I´m not an instructor - is the TRX Training Summit for me?TRX Summit is for all. Even if you’re just a TRX-fan in relation to your own training. It´s an incredible experience and you will leave full of energy, inspiration and with lots of new knowledge that you can incorporate into your own fitness regime.

Meals, etc.This is included in the price: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday + breakfast and lunch on Sun-day. Free coffee all day - if you want other beverages, it´s on your own.

Nearest train station: Varde. From here, you can catch a local bus, which takes you directly to the main entrance at Oksbøl Kaserne.Nearest airport: Billund Airport. From here, you can catch a bus to Esbjerg and change to anoth-er bus, which will take you directly to the main entrance at Oksbøl Kaserne.You are always welcome to contact us, and we will help you figure it out.

What fitness level do I need to be at to be able to participate?There are absolutely no educational requirements for participating in the Summit. It is for evey-body! It will be a fast paced weekend, so expect a lot of activity - maybe also in ways, that you are not used to. We will take full advantage of the chosen location. But you are of course not ob-ligated to participate 100% of the time. You are welcome to take a break, refresh and join later.

Do I need to bring equipment?No :) We will bring TRX Suspension Trainers and all other equipment.

ShowerThere are chancing rooms and showers available at the premises.

AccomodationIs not included in the price. How do I buy a ticket?All purchases must be carried out through the webshop. Once you’ve paid, you will recieve a confirmation via e-mail. In the week before the TRX Training Summit you will recieve an e-mail with the final program and practical information.

I´ve bought a ticket, but can not join - what to do?There are no refunds on TRX Trainer Summit. But you are welcome to sell your spot to someone else - you will need to take care of this by yourself. Just make sure to let us know the name and contact information of this person, so we are able to keep track.

It is not possible to use discounts/cupons on the purchase of a spot at the TRX Trainer Summit in Denmark.
