Sandra Mayor, is serving as Chair of the Trustee program. Sandra has been a Chamber member since 2008 and knows the importance of adding value to the Trustee program.

Active Trustee members are invited to sit on the Trustee Advisory Board, which meets the first Monday of each month at 4 pm at the Chamber building.

Quarterly Trustee New Member Orientation. •

Establish communications with new Trustee members •to make them feel welcome and engaged in the Chamber community.

One-on-one’s: Encourage Trustee’s to meet one new •person at each Trustee event and set-up an off-site one-on-one appointment.

experIenCe engage relevanCeThe TRUSTEE program of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce is designed to connect CEO’s and top executives of the premier companies from within the community. The TRUSTEE program provides them with a complete range of benefits and services to meet the challenges of business issues most important to them. Through exclusive high level events and activities, TRUSTEES are provided with exciting opportunities to the social and political networking necessary to address the concerns of large-scale, fast growing and high value-added companies.

Board of Directors / Trustee LuncheonOn the third Wednesday of each month, the Chamber provides a luncheon exclusively for the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Trustee members. This high caliber event includes an update from the Chamber president on local and regional issues as well as the induction of any new Trustee members. Each month, a keynote speaker addresses timely issues in the community. Trustee ReceptionsTrustee reception are held once a month at a Chamber member’s location who has been selected to host the event. The two-hour venue allows Trustee members to network with one another and build strong alliances. Each month, a speaker provides a short presentation on issues of importance.

8-at-8 Breakfast Series

Be part of our breakfast 8-at-8 series held monthly at the exclusive Tower Club in downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will participate in an intimate dialogue with other Trustees and have the opportunity to present your business dynamics. This highly popular program is free to all Trustees.

The minimum Trustee investment dues structure starts at just $3,100 (for businesses with 500 or less employees.) If such individual designated by a firm or organization is eligible for trusteeship, that individual shall be designated

by the Board of Directors as a “Trustee of the Chamber”.
