1. DESIGN FEATURES
The stem and body have excellent sealing performance with redundant stem seals and a graphite gasket on the gland plate. If the stem o-ring is damaged by accident, sealant can be injected to avoid leakage through the stem. Another advantage is that, the sealant can also reduce the friction.
PACKING AREA CONSTRUCTION
Sealant
When the seat ring is damaged by accident, sealant can be injected via sealant emergency injection fittings to avoid the leakage by the seat ring.
SEALANT EMERGENCY INJECTION FITTINGS
Teflon and other non-metal material seat rings are decomposed or destroyed under high temperature and fire. The special design metal assistant sealing construction can help contain the media inside the valve body. Our value is designed and certified according to the API 607 / API 6FA requirements.
FIRESAFE DESIGN
Sealant Injection Fittings
The two seats in the trunnion mounted ball valve can isolate the inlet and outlet to implement the double block. When the valve is closed, with both ends have pressure, the cavity and the bore can be blocked. The media in the cavity can be bled down by the operation using a pressure relieving device.
DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED
Using spring and small ball design, the ball and body form a static bore stem. The static caused by the ball and seat friction are grounded to avoid the fire or explosion. The stem incorporates the blow-out proof design. Under abnormal pressure in the cavity, it can ensure the stem will not be blown out.
BLOW-OUT PROOF STEM & ANTI-STATIC DEVICE
When the media in the cavity has physical or chemical changes due to rising temperature, the results can increase the cavity pressure. The design allows higher prssure in the cavity to push the seat to release the pressure into the line and ensure of integrity of the valve.
