(iii) Electricity generation of unit 01: October 2016,

(iv) Electricity generation of remaining units: April 2017,

(v) Final completion of the project construction: September 2017.

2. 4. Any other special procurement arrangements: Procurement of the following contract packages was conducted before signing of the Loan Agreement. Expenditures under these contracts incurred after the cut-off date for retroactive financing specified in the Loan Agreement and prior to signing of the Loan Agreement with WB, are eligible for retroactive financing, subject to meeting all the specified conditions of eligibility that would apply to expenditures incurred after the signing. Works contracts of:

(a) Package W-RB-04: Construction of access road ; (b) Package W-RB-05: Construction of bridges; (c) Package W-RB-06: Construction of in-site road; and

Consulting services contracts of:

(a) Package C-RB-05: Construction supervision of access road; (b) Package C-MW-06: consulting services for assisting in preparation of the bidding
