Lucy has over 7 years’ experience within human capital with the foundations of her career based in Marketing Communications and HR specific talent attraction and headhunting
Having enjoyed considerable success as a headhunter and working in-depth across EMEA in multiple sectors including Professional, Business and Financial Services, IT &T, New Media and FMCG has allowed Lucy to develop a strong knowledge base and network across these fields
More recently she has held senior in-house / RPO resourcing roles at Deloitte and Groupe Aeroplan before now working full-time as a management consultant advising global clients on talent acquisition and development strategy
Lucy’s expertise and passion lies within the research, design and execution of robust & impactful talent related practices, procedures and solutions, which produce enhanced, future-proofed and quantifiable results for her clients. She is actively interested in enabling organisations to develop unique competency models, allowing for flexible and accurate talent selection decisions as well as helping to identify clear career paths for existing employees
Lucy has run and managed assessment centres as well as impactful training days and holds the British Psychological Society Certificate of Occupational Testing (Level A)
