Where is the Value and Independence for Tenants?

Many property companies provide the following 3 combined services:

1. Agency (Landlord Service)

A leasing agent in the same company leases space to Tenants on behalf of

Landlords. Higher rent and larger space = greater agent’s fee = no incentive to
