It is located in the historical Champagne region of France, famous for the wine.C’est situé dans la région historique de Champagne, célèbre pour le vin.

The city center is shaped like a Champagne cork, with the river Seine running across it’s rounded top. Le centre ville est en formé d’un bouchon de champagne, avec le fleuve la Seine en travers le sommet.

It has many historical wooden building that were rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1524.

Il a beaucoup de bâtiments historique en bois qu’ont été reconstruisait après le Grand Feu de 1524.

Troyes is famous for its many beautiful churches, like Saint Peter and Paul’s cathedral, famous for its beautiful stained glass windows. Troyes est célèbre pour beaucoup de belles églises, comme la Cathédrale Saint Pierre et Saint Paul, célèbre pour les beaux vitraux.

Next to the church is the Cellier Saint-Pierre, the former storeroom of the cathedral and the oldest civil building. À côté de l’église est le Cellier Saint-Pierre, l’ancien magasin de la cathédrale et le plus vieux bâtiment civil.

A typical Troyes food is something we are all familiar with: Andouille sausage!Un nourriture typique de Troyes est quelque chose même nous sommes familier: saussicon Andouille!

In the summer, one can look out over the vast fields of golden grain. En été, on peut voir á les grands champs de blé dorés.

In the winter, one can gaze at the infinite expanse of glittering white snow. En hiver, on peut regarder fixement á l’étendue infinie de la neige blanche brillant.
