My Poly-Lock or Poly-Pad cannot be included? You get a respond like this from your Vera when you try to include the Poly-Pad og Poly-Lock:
Click the Z-wave button on your Vera to finish the inclusion.
Then you get a message like this:
1. Upgrade your Vera to the latest firmware 2. Restart your Vera
If it still fails.

Exclude the device that fails
Exclude it one extra time to be sure it is out of your network.
Now restart your Vera.
Finally include the device again.

1. Go to “Settings” on your Poly-Lock:

Is your Z-wave Version correctly setup? It is important that your Z-wave uses the right version.
Go to “Z-wave Devices”
Go to “Options”

Make sure you are using Z-Version 2.78 and not 3.20!

Click or unclick the dialog box.
Close the window and save the new settings.
