OPENING EVENT

Event Evaluation:

Weaknesses

Strengths

Critics and Suggestion

not well coordinated, EPs were staying in groups instead of mixed, sudden Change of venue one day before the event, uncoordinated food distribution, have to pay more fee than planned, place was too small so the attendance couldnt enjoy the event.

Eps can meet fellow eps from other projects, Tropical Orange EPs had a good quality time together with the Ocs and EP buddies, performance from EP concept was well planned by OC Program of Tropical Orange who alongside other OC Programs from other projects

There should be a MoU with the plaace/restaurant where the event will be held

Place should cover all attendants and make sure they are satisfied

If there will be a grand opening next time there should be a specialized OC team for the event, not take from projects’ Ocs.

LEARNING EVENT I

Event Evaluation:

Weaknesses

Strengths

Critics and Suggestion

Sessions were canceled a few times because William booth and putra maranatha didn’t have fixed schedule for us

Sometimes the kids hard to be managed

Some OC or EP buddies do not always have the initiative to help translate or control the kids

Some EPs are busy playing with kids or gadgets that they don’t pay attention to the presenter

EPs love the children and the children love them too so both parties are excited about lessons

SOS village had their own utilities for their children (e.g crayon)

Place of the orphanage is so big

Every team leader has prepared the session well

William booth and putra maranatha should have a fixed schedule for us.

OC and EP buddies should have more initiative to help translation or control kids

EPs should respect each other and get the kids to pay attention to the presenter

Event Evaluation:

Weaknesses

Strengths

Critics and Suggestion

Some EPs showed their boredom when Beruang Matahari team explained about the theory

Material was well prepared and well delivered

Effective word and phrases to explain the theory so EPs understand what they said

Venue has adequate equipments (e.g big space, projector, screen)

EPs should respect partner by not showing their boredom

Beruang Matahari should be maintained to be a partner in the next projects

Weaknesses

Strengths

Critics and Suggestion

Happy Play (children clinic RSHS):

place was too small for all EPs

not so many children to play with

EPs showing boredom when there are not so many children

Kids are shy to EPs so they just watch the EPs from a distance

Some EPs can interact with the kids

EPs get along well with RMHR

Make a clearer activity for example helping Happy Play create puppet show

We have to give them more benefit by involving them in our event

CLOSING EVENT

Event Evaluation:

Weaknesses

Strengths

Critics and Suggestion

Place was too small, Video from SOS was not played, Technical problem because the operator from Kambingsoon came late, The electricity went out for a while, Some event went later than it supposed to be in the rundown, children just grab everything out from Global Village without thinking, children are hard to be told to sit down

70% partner attended and some participated in the event, The event started on time, EP buddies & hostfam come & some even involved in the event, children participated as performers, Sugar cube was filled by attendants, Global Village was conducted successfully, MCVP iGCDP Indonesia came and gave speech & symbolic certificates, most attendants (except children) stayed until the end of the event, EPs involved in concepting & execution of the event, ambience was warm, fun and friendly, the event ran smoothly and everything was fulfilled even though there were some delays due to the childrens’ uncontrollable behavior

There should be a better coordination from Ocs and restaurant regarding technical matters

There should be a person in charge specifically for logistics
