Objectives of Patrol Meeting:1.To strengthen the patrol2. To plan the Patrols activities and projects3To plan encourage , and monitor the progress in advancement of members.4.To review , practice , and learn scoutcraft.5.To practice and develop leadership skills .6.To learn the value of teamwork and interdependence7.To develop a sense of responsibility for the patrol.

Pre - opening- informal talking while preparing for the venue

2.Opening a formal ceremony to mark the official beginning3. Skills Development- to develop the skills in a scout : = Values Development = Citizenship Training= Skills for self reliant

4. Ceremonies- an activities to make the the boys realize the serious aspect of scouting.5. Troop Leaders Minute- the import action of the leader to be taken up.* Games / Contest* Recognition

SAMPLE OF MONTHLY TROOP AND PATROL MEETINGS PLAN

Pre opening:Play the patrol flag relayOpening Ceremony:Display National Flag and have each patrol leader lead in the Scout Oat and Law. Form troop in a circle and have SPL lead the opening prayer. Conduct a surprise inspection on the proper wearing of the neckerchief.Scout craft instruction:Invite an expert speaker to talk to the scouts about conservation and help develop patrol ideas about conservation.Patrol Meetings:a.
