Mr. Prashant Pimpalkhute is the Executive Vice President and Heads the

Manufacturing and Supply Chain Departments of Triveni Turbine Ltd, Bangalore,

India. He has over 30 years of experience in the Engineering Industry.

Prashant has done his Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with major as

machine tools from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He started his career as a

Post Graduate Trainee with L & T in the switch gear division where he worked

through various functions. Subsequently, he joined ASB International Private Limited,

a 100% export oriented company, manufacturers of mounding machines.

Subsequently, Prashant joined Triveni Turbine Limited at Bangalore to Head

Manufacturing and Supply Chain function. Today, he is the Vice President heading

Manufacturing and Supply Chain function for the company.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Shetty is the General Manger CS, QA and EHS at Triveni

Turbine Ltd, Bangalore, India. He has over 30 years of experience in the Engineering

Industry.

Chandrashekhar has done his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. He started his

career as an Engineer with Mysore Kirloskar Ltd. He has also worked with L & T Ltd.,

Timex Watches and Auma India Ltd. Subsequently, Chandrashekhar joined Triveni

Turbine Limited at Bangalore as Manager – Production Planning and rose to the level

of General Manger. Today, he is the General Manager heading Customer Satisfaction,

Quality Assurance and EHS. He is a trained, lead Auditor of ISO 9001 and

Management representative of Triveni Turbine Limited. He is also a trained accessor

for CII Exim Bank Award.

Mr. Bharat Sangli is the Senior General Manager and Head of the Department of

Customer Care at Triveni Turbine Ltd, Bangalore, India. He has 27 years of experience

in the Engineering Industry.

Bharat is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and postgraduate in Marketing from

Madras Institute of Business Administration. He started his career as a Sales Engineer

with T I Engineering. He also worked with Maini Group and Vice President –

International Business. Subsequently, Bharat joined Triveni Turbine Limited at

Bangalore to Head the Customer Care Division.

Mr. Mahesh Nayak Heads the Projects Department of Triveni Turbine Ltd, Bangalore,

India. He has over 20 years of experience in the Engineering Industry.

Mahesh has done his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from University of

Mysore. He also has a Certification from International Project Management

Association, U. K. He started his career with The South India Paper Mills Ltd. Prior to

joining with Triveni, he was with Thermax Limited. Subsequently, Mahesh joined

Triveni Turbine Limited at Bangalore as Manager – Projects and rose to the level to

Head the Projects Department.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Roy Heads the Human Resource Department of Triveni Turbine

Ltd, Bangalore, India. He has over 26 years of experience in the Human Resource

Field.

Rajesh has done his Master Of Social Work from Nagpur University. He has

diversified experience in Development, Talent management, Strategic

Planning, Organization Development (OD), Conceiving and Framing HR Policies,

Change Management and HR operations. He started his career with Indian Army in

Army Air Defense for six years and came out as Captain. Prior to joining Triveni, he

was with organizations like ABB, SIEMENS , JSW and Gujrat Ambuja.

Mr. Sachin Parab, is President and Global Head, Customer Care at Triveni Turbine

Ltd, Bangalore, India. He has over 22 years of experience in the International

Business.

Sachin, is an Engineering Graduate from Walchand College and Post Graduate from

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Prior to joining Triveni Sachin was working as CEO

International Business, Greaves Cotton. He has exposure to industrial equipment

sales, business development and profit centre management across a spectrum of

engineering products. He has also worked with Escorts Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra -

USA, Mafatlal Industries Ltd., and Tata Motors.

Mr. S N Prasad, President and Global Head-Product at Triveni Turbine Ltd,

Bangalore, India. He has over 25 years of experience in the International Business.

Prasad has done his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna

University, Vijayawada and Post graduate diploma in Computer Applications. He

has exposure to Sales & Marketing of Capital Equipments, Projects and EPC. He has

also worked with Kirloskar Ltd and Torrent.

Mr. Deepak Kumar Sen, is Executive Vice President & CFO and Heads the Finance &

Accounts and Commercial Department of Triveni Turbine Ltd, Bangalore, India. He

has over 31 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts Function.

Deepak is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He has exposure to Finance

& Accounts, Commercial and International Business. He started his career with Jay

Engineering Works. Prior to Joining Triveni he has also worked with Voltas Ltd and

Electrolux Kelvinator.

Mr. Pramodchandra U. Gopi is Executive Vice President & the Chief Technology

Officer of Triveni Turbine Ltd. He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from

NIT, Suratkal in 1988 and also carries Master in Business Administration with Finance

as specialization with 26 years of experience.

Mr. Gopi has worked extensively in turbo-machinery design domain with steam

turbine, gas turbines and compressors. He has wide experience in steam/ Gas turbine

based power plants, Combined cycle power plants with specialization in turbine

island portion. Before rejoining Triveni Turbines, Mr. Gopi has worked with Elliott

compressors for Oil& Gas industry and Alstom Power systems in advanced combined

cycle systems. This included power system design and financing models.

Mr. Gopi has lead steam turbine development programs for Industrial range. These

programs involved in-depth work in mechanical design, thermal design, Rotor

dynamics, Structural analysis, Heat transfer, Aero/CFD areas, Transient analysis.

Mr. Gopi carries end to end Product development cycle experience from market

concept to field maturity stage, CAPEX/OPEX optimization. He has dealt technology

side of steam turbine collaborations and Joint venture with various OEMs like Skoda,

GE.
