Minimum order/Maximum quantityOpening order minimum: $150 / Re-order minimum: $100A minimum of order opening of $200. No minimum of reorder.
Payment Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted) or PayPal, and will be processed at time of shipment. Order must be paid in full prior to product shipment. Net 30 payment terms may be offered after we get to know you a bit better.
Damage ClaimsAny problems or damages to the order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. After a review of your request, an exchange can be made, but not returns.
Turnaround time & BackordersOur standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (shipping time not included). If you have time sensitive payments, please contact us directly regarding your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Occasionally products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered, and if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your oder. Upon restocking, we will ship the item immediately, unless directed otherwise. All shipping cost will remain the responsibility of the customer.
ShippingAll items are made and ship from Canada/USA. Shipping cost is calculated based on order size and distance, and is included on final invoice. All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Should you have time-sensitive orders, please contact us directly so we can work with you to choose the appropriate shipping method. Any international shipping fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
