The oil and gas landscape has evolved. Recovering

hydrocarbons is even more challenging, and the application

of new technology and deep drilling experience is key to

generating shareholder returns. Success also depends on the

ability to quickly adjust as new plays open up and new

opportunities arise.

Trinidads ability to recognize and respond to trends is the key

to our success. Since our beginnings in 1996 in the oil and gas

elds of central Canada, we have grown because of our ability to

meet customer needs, adding deep-drilling capacity rigs with new

technology and setting industry benchmarks through superior

performance.

With some of the most advanced rigs in the industry, a full range

of well service offerings, coring and pre-setting services, and

in-house manufacturing and design, were setting the bar for

safety, efciency and performance.

When it comes to onshore drilling performance, Trinidad Drilling stands above the rest. With some of the mos

advanced rigs in the industry, we have proven performance and a reputation for providing state-of-the-art

equipment that can drill more quickly, more efciently and with better results. Our team is well trained and the

commitment to safety and exceptional performance along with our high-quality equipment allows Trinidad Dr

to produce superior results for our customers.

Trinidad has 53 rigs in Canada and 58 rigs in the US. In addition to operating in conventional reservoirs, we

operate in the major shale gas plays, where extended reach horizontal wells are becoming the norm. Horizon

drilling requires more horsepower, higher hook loads, additional pumping capacity, more complex uid handl

Inland water bargedrilling services

Trinidad has four barge rigs operating in the inland waters of LouisianaWe began offering these services in 2007 through the acquisition of

Axxis Drilling and control these operations through our ofces in

Broussard, Louisiana.

The rigs have depth capacities ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 feet(6,000 to 9,000 meters) in 14 to 18 feet (four to six meters) of water.Our equipment is newer and more up-to-date than the majority of rigsavailable in the market, with all four barges commissioned after 2002.

Well servicingProlonging the productive life of oil and gas wells throughwell maintenance is critical to maximizing production. Trinidadoperates a eet of 23 service rigs from three bases in Alberta,providing completions, abandonments, recompletions andworkovers for many major oil and gas companies in Canada.

Trinidad follows safe work practices and is registered withISNetworld and Canadian HSE. We know our people are the

key to our success and provide rigorous on-the-job trainingfor our eld personnel. Our focus on safety, crew training andsupport, coupled with well-maintained equipment, is why weare the preferred contractor in western Canada.

Trinidad Drilling operates 20 coring and pre-setting services in theCanadian oil sands under the name Titan, a Trinidad Drilling Company.Our well-maintained rigs are self moving, quick to rig up and continuouslyupdated with innovative and progressive equipment.

When coring, the rigs are able to drill to depths of up to 1,100 meters(3,600 feet) and have a history of providing excellent recovery rates.When pre-setting, the rigs also have a depth capacity of up to 1,100meters (3,600 feet) and are able to set large diameter casing.Our safety-focused crews are well experienced and have completedcoring and pre-setting operations for several major operators inwestern Canada.

Coring & pre-setting service

Victory Rig Equipment, Trinidads in-house rig design andfabrication provider, allows us to build state-of-the-art equipmentthat meets our customers evolving requirements, providing thefull cycle of drilling equipment services from initial design throughconstruction, maintenance and follow-on servicing or upgrading.We have an experienced and innovative team whose operationsinclude nine manufacturing facilities and 60 acres of rig-up spacelocated in Red Deer and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Victorys offerings include turnkey rig packages, structuralfabrication, electrical drives and controls, and capital drillingequipment such as top drives, drawworks, catwalk machinesand skidding systems. Our rig components stand out among thecompetition, offering some of the most advanced features availablein the industry that are delivering better drilling results, better safetyperformance and more efciency for our customers.

Trinidad knows that proactivesafety reduces at-risk behaviorsand unsafe conditions, thus

reducing incidents.

The safety of all workers on the Trinidad job site is ofparamount concern. Every reasonable effort is made toprovide a safe work environment and reduce ourenvironmental footprint so that hazards that can causeinjury to workers or damage property, the environment orequipment are eliminated.

We have made a major commitment of capital and effortto train and systematically upgrade the required certicationlevels of our employees. We have created a safety culture

at Trinidad, which has helped us ensure strong safetyperformance.

Trinidads rig modernization program has also brought many safetyand environmental benets to both operators and Trinidad. Our largnumber of new and recently-built rigs are automated, and previousrigs are being upgraded. Upgrading and maintaining our equipmenensures optimum performance, minimizing air pollution and uidleakage.

While drilling, Trinidad trains its personnel in formal spill responsepolicy in order to handle the very small, non-reportable releases anworks hand-in-hand with waste disposal and drilling uids provid-

ers to ensure these operations proceed smoothly. Trinidads wellabandonment services are also a key step leading to reclamation olands disturbed for oil or natural gas operations.
