Since year 2000 up to 2011 19,698 trigger ngers(Up to March 2013 ) and more than 500 de Quervain disease were applied in

Thailand by Dr.Vichai Vijitpornkul MD. From the advice ofDr.Li Zongmin introduction and demonstration in year 1999

The instruments have been developed and adjusted to serve all severities of trigger nger of any ngers with out limitations.

The procedures was also developed to correct and prevent all pitfalls or drawbacks.as well as advices for post operation care toprevent adverse outcomes and fascilitate early movement and full recovery sooner.

From the data of19,698 trigger nger cases show statistically data of trigger nger I Thailand. In term of Sex prevalence.Finger Distribution. Age group eected. Occupations or particular manual overuse activities. These data help in preventing this

hand troubles in specic groups ,specic occupations or tasks of risk to be alert to minimize the problems in the future add

quality of life of the working people. On this aspect mass trigger

nger release projects were held monthly as a campaign to helppeople suering from this hand trouble in all parts of Thailand. In form of mobile medical outreach services to trigger nger

patients. .More than 100 events over 60 provinces all over Thailand by co operation with provincial red cross., Rotary Club inThai-

land .District 3350 Rotary International ,Sang Sai kee Foundation and Power Electric Authority of Thailand to treat trigger nger

for free of charge at the same time give knowledge for prevention campaign on various aspects such as possible causes, signsand symptoms, treatment of choices, prevention from occupation and manual task risks.
