Founded in 2012 in Dubai, UAE. Trig interior design L.L.C. is an integrated interior and architect design firm,offering a complete design and Project Management solution for Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Resi-dential Projects.

Through which within a short time, it has successful-ly undertaken a wide variety of high-profile projects across Arab Gulf Countries, Lebanon and now in USA, New York - Manhattan.

A private villa with four bedrooms for one of our clients in Dubai.Chic interior design and decor is our main target. This villa is an ideal place where you can relax and enjoy every moment of the endearment. Nothing compares to the feeling that you have when you are in a house or a room where you feel so good which you do not want to leave anymore.This is the feeling you want to find at home. All the rooms of the villa are good-looking and share an open feel which relaxes, a modernity which impress and unique style of bringing the outside in.It provides a sense of luxury and comfort at once. Salon and dining is only an example of a pleasant space, but this is the purpose of all the interiors in the villas. The mixture of monotone bright colours used in flooring, ceiling, & walls along with the glossy wooden claddings & mirrors have created an elegant luxury space, while adding some spices by the brilliant selection of catchy purple arm chairs & stunning sculptures gave the space a unique design.In the bedroom area appear an expression of simplicity and comfort in a perfect environment. In the bathroom, the simple but interesting can be found if we look at the shape of the bathtub, without mentioning all of the objects which show quality and good taste.

In looking at the interior of this villa, there is a mutual language of elegance and contemporary living. This project composed of a main villa and men’s enter-tainment villa, both well designed to be complementary but compatible to the space use.The main villa is for the whole family to enjoy and it is the main place to have visitors so it has to be at once luxurious, practical and comfortable.Decorating with natural light colours, comfy upholstery furniture and dark wooden decorative panels have specified but yet didn’t separate the areas, giving a chic look rooted in the classics but developed in a modern contemporary way. The ceiling design used to add ar-chitectural interest. Its strong grid pattern is contrasted by the circular forms of the chandelier curves. The master bedroom is an overwhelming suite. It is de-signed by neutral light walls, ceilings and floorings co-lour which emits the sense of peace; the elegant sense was introduced to this peaceful space by the fabulous furniture selection with a tall tufted headboard in rich beige coloured leather, along within a wooden frame.Moving away from the main villa to the men’s villa, the ratio of the residence mildly shifts to a more relaxing modern style. The same colour palette is used all over the area, to unify all rooms and sections. Different tex-tures and techniques are used as wall coverings ranging between mirrors, wallpapers and wood cladding, all acting as one spirit.

This luxurious private residence located in Dubai was the creation of a blend between contemporary design and functionality for a family-friendly home. The im-pressive floor plan of this apartment needed a compre-hensive interior fit out that was deluxe, comfortable, and complementary to the life style of our client.

Sitting roomA rich combination of material was accurately studied and chosen to achieve a light, yet a simple sophisticated palette that offers easy living.Soft colored material used in wall papers and furniture were enriched with wood flooring and claddings in different sections and a warm paintings which kept the ambience simple but warm. The modern touch revealed in the use of mirrors and modern furniture in addition to modern simple ceiling and lighting concept which thereby completed the picture.

Master BedroomThe color palette is minimal, and the furnishings are simple and elegant. Luxury was an important element to insert into the project, and this was done through careful selection of flooring, veneers, fabrics, and carpets. Walls cladded with light purple-grey color gives the room a classic twist, yet the fabric chosen and the bed headboard remarkably inserts a modern touch to the room. The TV unit is not only added for it functionality, but also to complete the interiors and merge into it. It is an outstanding unit with the wood veneered designed panels bringing warmth to the general ambience.

Traditional doesn’t mean time warp. That’s easy to see from a peek inside this private villa, where the design-er’s signature style is rooted in fine architectural details and sophisticated furnishings. Nevertheless, the secret to keeping classic contemporary is to enliven timeless elements with a judicious but confident application of the day’s top trends. This villa combines different titles of contemporary classic designs, where each room has its own character degrading from classic elegant formal character in the main salon and dining which is clearly seen by the use of marble flooring and wall claddings interrupted with wooden frames and mirrors, to contemporary comfort-able character at the family sitting area, and first floor where bedrooms are set. We can’t forget the impact of the Arabic corner at the women’s Moroccan Majles in the villa which is designed with a feminine touch showed in the well selected colourful cushions, chandelier, and tables.The Diwaniya, a new approach of interior designing, in which Arabic classic lines are introduced in different wordings combined with a contemporary comfortable furnitures, and accessories that gave this area a unique style.

Spa interior design has definitely become a major specialty in most major metropolitan cities Day spas, massages, hairdressers, and speciality skin treatments are all bunched together under one gorgeously designed roof. Top spa interior designers need to be knowledge-able about the speciality treatments, as well as to be innovative about the creation of a seductive space.

To design a concept for a spa rolled across Four Seasons Hotel sites should express the quality and service of the Four Seasons. The concept was developed combining traditional material with contemporary detailing. Light colored timbers, textured surfaces, and glass usage gave a sophisticated modern twist to the country club style.

This project combines several sections, mainly a recep¬-tion area, waiting area, relaxing lounge, jacuzzi area, several massages, hydro bath rooms and manicure and pedicure zone. Each zone was treated as a case, paying attention to the smallest details whether in the design phase or the executional phase. Knowing that the spa is the place where the client comes to relax and lay down with no worries; it had to be flawless.

The interior design identity was completed by adding a well-constructed lighting concept plan. It was properly selected to make an overall effect even better. Hence, light was manipulated to satisfy different scenes, that of the massage room or jacuzzi or any other zones.

Al Fardan Tower, hotel apartments located at a prime area of Riyadh. The interior design concept was to create a contemporary, yet welcoming business hotel. The interior is styled using a minimal colour palate that incorporates natural materials. The guests will love the harmonious and cosy atmo-sphere. The apartment concept has been designed to maximize sun, natural light, and city views. Choices of colours, fabrics, floor coverings, and lighting have been selected to create a functional yet delicious visual feast. High calibre finishes will be used throughout the apart-ments including quality kitchen appliances and joinery, architectural hardware and stylish bathroom fixtures and fittings. The roof will provide a stunning pool, with an exquisite restaurant that offers international food, and a luxury spa. Al Fardan Tower will provide one of the biggest jewel-lery and watch showrooms in Riyadh. Our initial con-cepts are collected, considered and refined to develop a unique design concept and a strong architectural language that will enhance the exquisite brands. The jewellery lobby has been designed to be comfortable, attractive, and focal area for all the jewellery shops. Floor displays were designed to maximize the visibility, the brightness and brilliance of the jewellery, physical ergonomics and security of the product. Contemporary, dark wood framed, wall units and an elegant glass fronted cabinet, mirrors, brass all play their role in cre-ating a dazzling space to browse at one’s pleasure.

PRIVATE VILLARiyadh, KSA

Standing over 1200 sq. meters, in Hay al Narjes in Riyadh, KSA, this three levelled villa is a contemporary design yet respecting traditions and customs of the society. A huge full height door panels separate but don’t block between the formal and the family areas, it makes at once having visitors, a privacy for the family area, but keeps the house as a full one piece of heaven to live in.It is characterized by extensive walls and openings with contrasting light and dark façade finishing with accent-ed wood louvers. In this villa we decided to have the indoor recreational area at ground floor back yard as an extension of the house accessible from the family area, rather than hav-ing a basement, in a way to minimize cost and optimize introducing light and nature; a large doors were used keeping the interiors closely connected to the outdoors creating a relaxing atmosphere inducing freedom.

Built over 800 sq. meters land in Qaroun, a nice Leba-nese village, this two storey villa was designed in an (L) shape taking a very modern style and finish. It provides maximum view angle to the mountain and the lake.The external architecture of the villa is treated in a modern style, by using dark stone full wall cladding, and white colored concrete , perforated by glass win-dows with aluminium wooden finishing louvers.

The neighbourhood residence compound is a new way to live in a space of interaction with nature, in the heart of the community, creating a friendly, entertain-ing and safe environment.Based on some researches and international neighbour-hood designs, we developed our concept into an intro-verted community, that respects the lows of neighbour-hood, where each residence can access the central area (that includes several facilities; supermarket, restaurant, gym, pool, kids playing area, barbeque corners, and nursery,…etc.) with no cross point with the vehicular streets. On the other hand, this didn’t affect having vehicular access and parking areas for each block and villa; by using cells strategy , where there is no ring road in the compound which reduces traffic, high speed, making the community safer and quite. This modern compound located in the suburbs of Al Sharjah, is composed of seven buildings of eight storeys of one and two bedroom apartments and 106 two storey villas of three different types; two and three bedrooms villa, and three bedrooms with private pool, well spread over 65000 sq. meter land.The spaces are well studied to have a maximum fit of villas, for that each two villas were attached, At the ground floor we have at the main entrance the kitchen, guest toilet, maids room and stairs, where the sitting area and dining forms one space overlooking both front and back yard. The external architecture of the blocks are treated in a very modern style with the colours of the earth (brick and beige) perforated by glass windows with black trims giving it a strong character.

This compound is a modern complex composed of 93 villas of two types of uniquely designed villas with a private back yard, surrounding a central park for amenities. The central park holds a barbeque cells, outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, a tennis and basketball courts, a multipurpose hall and gymnasium. When designed, we kept the needs of the residences, creating a reliable overall planning providing homes of quality, luxury, safety and all advantage of a great lifestyle.The facades are treated in a very modern style, by using a contrast of black and white concrete, perforated by big glass windows and aluminium louvers keeping the interiors closely connected to the outdoors creating relaxing atmosphere inducing freedom.

Al Narjes Villa residence is a cost-effective modern complex subdivided into 16 lots each 300 sq. meters, consisting of two types of villas, each villa includes a complete services offering a maximum usage of the parcel.The external architecture of the villa is treated in a very modern style using stone and concrete with introducing wooden colour louvers. The heavy use of the dark stone in the front elevation with a linear windows opening gave it a stronger character.

Under Qdesign, a Firm of architecture.Urjuan property developer is a well known Real Estate Development and Investment Co.in KSA, that specializes in luxury high end projects, one of which is Al-Malga compound, consisting of 63 luxuriously villa units, averaging at 225m2, the compound offers all the amenities and facilities of modern life. It includes a fully equipped recreation area featuring a swimming pool, cafe, gym, spa, multipurpose hall, mini-market, laundry, tennis courts, and indoor squash and basketball courts. As for the kids the compound features a play-ground situated within a sandbox with seating arrange-ments positioned around the area so parents could watch over their kids as they play.The compound also provides accommodations for per-sonal drivers disconnected from the inner region of the compound ensuring privacy for the occupants.

This complex situated in a very populated and dynamic area Beirut, is composed of a commercial podium base which holds 3 beautifully-designed modern residential apartment buildings, of five storeys, of which three storeys consists of three and four bedrooms, and corresponding areas vary between 200 sq. meters and 250 sq. meters, while the 4th and 5th floor is composed of duplexes with approximate areas of 450 sq. meters, in addition to a roof private garden. While at the ground level a well-studied area of columns and entrance courts is situated allowing two shaded parking’s for each apartment, and an easy access to the entrances.

Located in the suburbs of Beirut, on a land of 1800 sq. meters a twenty six storey office tower of 750 sq. me-ters floor area is an outstanding unique project, which was designed carefully to obtain the maximum usage of the land, along with having a friendly, cost efficiency and modern design.

The main idea was developed from the definition of the main keywords of the project:Offices = work; flexibility and dynamic.Tower = attraction pointBusiness = balance and growth

From here the building main element was selected to be square shape which symbolizes balance while the design was developed to become a dynamic shape through the concrete frame along with using glass curtains as a main material of the facades which reveals a dynamic spirit; through the play of light and shade within the day and night of the offices. The curtains maximized the light intrusion to the building spaces making it a better space of working, along with a well studied plan of circulation and ventilation.

The interkey holdings offices located in Quortoba Riyadh, KSA is designed in a simple linear modern style. This 5 strorey office buildings is composed of 2 showrooms with mezzanine and office units variable in size all surrounding a central internal landscape atrium.The main element in the facades is the glass curtain with silver colour alicobond, giving the offices a strong modern outlook, and using long lasting effective easy cleaning and maintenace materials.

Al Bani is a well known developer which tends to open several numbers of strip malls, some of which we have developed.Eshbilya, Al Iman and Othman malls are strip malls lo-cated in Riyadh, including sets of several services some of which are hypermarket, banks, junk food corner, restaurants…etc.) The idea of strip malls is to reduce the pressure on the big malls, and reduce the time of the surrounding neighbours to reach their needs.The parking’s are set in the centre area surrounded by the shops making the access to any shop easier. The style was developed to keep the same character over the projects but with some deferences to make the design compatible to the requirements of each area.

This shalet complex is composed of 19 shalet units, well designed to be comfortable and obtain a maximum view to the back yard, where there is a high interaction and communication between the internal space and the external garden.In addition to the 19 units, we have two bigger shalets that includes a playground, all surrounding a central area of which it includes the biggest gathering block, that is designed to be able to contain around 400 per-son at once. This central shalet, includes back garden with a swimming pool, barbeque area, sitting gardens, basketball and football playground, with a basement parking.This shalet complex is designed in a modern neutral style using two concrete colours in addition to a wood-en textured aluminium claddings.

Our professional designers work creatively to have an original and various landscape designs.There are many elements to have a great landscaped space; as this project is situated in Riyadh, the nature is created through the nature; elements of water, wood, stone, and grass combines together to create several unique spaces within the garden, such as the featured swimming pool that is continuous through the two levels, introducing sense of vitality, while adding the wooden packing introduced a warm feeling.

Standing over 700 sq. meters rectangular land of 12 meters width in Riyadh a three levelled modern unique extension designed to contain the client’s needs creat-ing a state of the art; architecture, landscaping, interior and a reliable overall planning providing a space of quality, luxury, safety, convenience and all the advan-tage of the great life style.

The exterior architecture is treated with a combination of horizontal and vertical straight and defined lines produced with stone and aluminum claddings, perforat-ed by double glazed glass with a wooden texture, steel vertical and horizontal trails defining its modeling and strong character.

As soon as we pass through the beautifully designed wooden porch at the main entrance level and enter the extension, we discover an axial path in a modern open space design, which leads to main sitting area of double height well designed to give a modern inspiration, a combination of architectural and interior ideas to cre-ate a nice ending of the axis, where at the facing solid wall a nice painting was applied, with a huge T.V. and a fire place, and on each side of this wall we have a full glass to access to the external garden with a fabulous external sitting complementary of the design.

This extension was designed carefully to get the benefit of all the space and provide the ultimate usage of the areas, it is composed of a full floor basement, which includes the main kitchen, and 2 big store rooms, with a well-organized stuff area, and a nice entertainment area connected visually with the ground floor sitting area by a nice modern void.The area is a real space of entertainment which is emphasized by well-studied displayed entertainment elements like sitting area, bar, billiard table, card table, and baby foot…etc., along with a full concept of designed walls with huge card displays, compatible selected light fixtures and furniture’s.On the first floor, 3 guest luxury but simple bedrooms well studied spaces are set, where the interior displayed a full mirror wall in each room to give a sense of wider space.

Between forest and meadows lies a varied landscape. High, dry, sandy dunes interspersed with willow bushes and grasslands. An ideal setting if you like the outdoors, like the inhabitants of this villa in Riyadh. The design strategy for this new build villa was to create a building that would magnify the spectacular landscape, while creating an exemplary family villa. The cubic modern effect as a design concept is obvious. It is emphasized with the framed, variously directed, expansive windows and extended volumes. The entire volume – similar to a jewellery box – set in a unique natural heaven.

The well-studied plan has respected traditions and customs of the society but in new wordings, where both formal and family areas set to obtain a view to the fabulous garden.

This villa of total 1650 sq. meters built-up area is composed of three storeys + basement, with complete services offering a maximum usage.Cutting in the garden to create a slope to the basement where the recreational facilities are set (swimming pool, gym, spa, playing area and multipurpose court) have created a unique ultimate set up, that introduced life to the basement and elevated the entire villa. This has maximized the amount of light in the villa, where the ground floor is kept connected to the garden through the fabulous wide bridge that includes a nice sitting space.

The interior was complementary which took this project to the ultimate unique design, where it completed the modern concept and increased the value of the main architectural idea of introducing nature, through using modern materials and furniture combined with natural elements like wooden floors and ceilings, and the use of green bamboo at the basement staircase area.

The recreation area of this project at the basement is a unique space, including the swimming pool feature, where the interior used mirrors at the ceiling to give an illusion of bigger and higher space, while the walls between the spaces were selected to be glass to create continuity of the entire space.
