Announces a three (3) day seminar on Regulating Boxing & Mixed Martial Arts

October 25th-27th, 2016

This seminar will provide all attendees with extensive information about regulating

Boxing and MMA at your casino and other properties. The goal is to protect the rights

and welfare of the fighter as well as protecting the casino, tribal nation and the

patrons who attend these events.

Topics include:

Working with the promoters and matchmakers

Medical personnel

Insurance for the fighters

Requesting blood work documents

Licensing

Drug testing

Cuts and facial lacerations

Hiring qualified officials

Hand wrapping

Time keeping

Fighters suspension

Fines and Hearings

This event will give you the opportunity to network with other combative sports

commissions, tribal commissions, and event promoters, from all over the US.

Registration:

Refund Policy- Cancellations received in our office at least two days prior to the event will

result in a charge of $50, or 30 percent of the paid registration fee, whichever is less. The

registration fee will not be refunded if a cancellation is received less than two days before the

event. You may send a substitute in your place.
