Typically, tornadoes travel about 30 miles per hour and are between 500 to 2,000 feet wide. They also usually travel about 6 miles before disappearing
Originated in Ozarks, Missouri and headed east
Winds reached speeds over 300 mph which classify it as an F5 tornado
It was three quarters of a mile wide
It traveled at an average of 62mph
