Each time you personally enroll a Life and Health Coach with a purchase of one of our Power Start Business Systems, you will be paid based upon your qualification and the system your enrollee purchases. As you can see, Trévo’s higher-end systems are not only your best value but also your best avenue toward some of the most generous commissions in the industry. However, if you have entered Trévo with a smaller system, you can upgrade with additional systems as you sell product.

For example, if you enter with a $300 Director Power Start System, you are eligible for full 40% commissions on each $300, $150 or $50 system that you sell to your personal enrollees. However, if you enroll someone with a $750 Executive Power Start System, your maximum commission will be $120. The $750 system carries a $300 commission, but because you qualified with a $300 system, the difference ($180) will roll up to the first person who is qualified at an Executive Power Start System or above.

MATCHING BONUSES

MATCHING BONUS COMPENSATION PLAN

3Trévo’s dynamic Matching Bonus program rewards your leadership efforts as your team duplicates the team building success you are creating. Each time a team member whom you have personally enrolled enrolls a new Life and Health Coach with the purchase of a Power Start System, you can receive up to a 20% matching bonus based upon your qualifications and the system the new enrollee purchases.

For example, if you enter with a $450 Director Power Start System, you are eligible for full 20% matching bonuses on each $450, $300 or $150 system your personally enrolled team members sell. So if you enroll Bill with a $450 Elite Director Power Start System and Bill then enrolls Sue with a $450 system, Bill will be paid a 40% commission and you will receive a 20% matching bonus from Bill’s commission.

However, if Bill enrolls someone with a $750 Executive Power Start System, his maximum commission will be $180 and your matching bonus will be $36 because you and Bill each came in with a $450 system. The difference in his commission and your matching bonus will roll up to the first person who is qualified at an Executive Power Start System or above.

To maximize your matching bonus income, it is easy to see that Trévo’s higher-end systems are definitely the way to go. And remember, even if you have entered Trévo with a smaller system, you can upgrade with additional systems as you sell product.

We believe that the best way to say “congratulations and great job” is by helping you to create a generous monthly residual income. So, based upon Qualifying Volume, Trévo pays premium monthly Group Volume commissions that can reach staggering amounts. Plus, there are no limits to the number of Life and Health Coaches that can be in each of your eight generations.

NOTES Group Volume refers to the total generations that you have accessed as a Trévo Life and Health Coach. For example, if you have 75 qualifying volume points, you can count three generations towards your Group Volume commission.

NOTE: There are no limits on the number of Life and Health Coaches who can be in each of your eight (8) generations. You are allowed to personally enroll an unlimited number of Life and Health Coaches. The above chart assumes every Life and Health Coach is signed up on a 1-Case Trévo monthly AutoShip.

COMPENSATION KEYin order to participate in Group Volume (GV) and Team Volume (TV) commissions.

QV: Qualifying Volume (QV) is any product that you, as a Trévo Life and Health Coach, have personally purchased or sold through retail sales.

GV: Group Volume (GV) is any generations that you have accessed. For example, if you have 42 QV points, you can count one (1) generation towards GV.

TV: Team Volume (TV) reflects all volume under you on a monthly basis, regardless of who personally enrolled the Life and Health Coaches who are under you. All Trévo Life and Health Coaches who enter the Company after you will automatically be placed under you and count toward your Team Volume.

NOTE: In order to receive revenue, a Trévo Life and Health Coach must be in good standing with Trévo.

COMPENSATION CHART

Trévo’s monthly commission compression ensures that you receive the maximum commission possible. Here’s how it works: You are paid monthly commissions on your first 8 generations. Without compression, however, any of those generations not on AutoShip are excluded from your

commission. With monthly commission compression, those Life & Health Coaches in your 8 generations not on AutoShip are simply taken out of the equation and other team members from generations below your 8th level are temporarily moved up until all 8 generations are filled. This allows you to receive

commissions on 8 generations. After commissions are paid, your 8 generations roll back to the positions held prior

to compression.

Team Volume Recognition Pool bonuses are another important money-maker in the Trévo compensation plan. This pool bonus is our way of rewarding sales leaders, business builders, and dream builders for their strong leadership. Trévo reserves 15% of the company Group Volume revenue to be paid monthly in 15 separate qualified 1% pools. This amazing global pool bonus maximizes the power of our revolutionary Single-Line Matrix compensation plan, with the result being even more income for Trévo’s business-building “movers and shakers.”

Trévo Power Start Training is an integral part of our Recognition Program as well as the associated Team Volume Recognition Pool Bonuses. In order to participate in the Trévo Recognition Program, you must successfully complete the pertinent Power Start Training exam. The benefits of the Power Start Training program are many, including Training Bonuses and commissions.

• Power Start Leader Training Module One – Free of charge – No commission

• Power Start Director Training Module Two - $150.00 – 40% commission ($60.00) to first training-qualified leader above you.

• Power Start Executive Training Module Three - $300.00 - 40% commission ($120.00) to first training-qualified leader above you.

• Power Start Diamond Training Module Four - $1,000.00 - 40% commission ($400.00) to first training-qualified leader above you.

Blue Sapphire Director level, you will share in four (4) separate $100,000 pools.

Similarly, if you are qualified at Black Diamond Grand Elite Executive level, you will share in fifteen (15) separate $100,000 pools.

The above examples are for illustrative purposes only.

When Trévo ships 100,000 Group Volume cases per month, the total monthly revenue will be approximately $10,000,000.

Each 1 pool will be worth $100,000 and will be divided by the number of Life and Health Coaches who have achieved that specific qualifying rank.

Qualifications

• 45,000 GVP (minimum 3 legs) = $550.00 monthly car bonus

• 55,000 GVP (minimum 3 legs) = $750.00 monthly car bonus

• 65,000 GVP (minimum 4 legs) = $1,000.00 monthly car bonus

• 50% of GVP must come from monthly AutoShips

• 20,000 maximum per team leg

• Personal Monthly AutoShip Program participation is required

• Minimum of 1,000,000 TVP, or company level at time of qualification

Rules

• Color of selected vehicle must be either black or white

• Vehicle must be brand new, whether it is leased or purchased

• No used cars allowed under any circumstances

• Qualifying Life and Health Coach must make 25% down payment on value of the car

• If a qualifying Life and Health Coach desires a higher-priced car than car bonus for which they qualify, they must render required 25% down payment plus the difference at the time contract is executed

• Vehicle must be branded Trévo

• Branding must be approved by Trévo Corporate

• Car bonus shall not exceed amount of vehicle lease or purchase payment

• Example: If you qualify for a $750.00 bonus but your vehicle payment is $600.00, you will receive a $600.00 car bonus payment

• Qualifying Life and Health Coach must insure vehicle with the best automobile insurance available with proof of annual insurance payment submitted to Corporate office

• Car bonus will only be paid until total cost of vehicle is satisfied

• Not to exceed three years from date of manufacture

• Volume must be maintained each month in order to receive car bonus

• Any month in which a Life and Health Coach does not qualify for the car bonus, the car payment amount plus 10% penalty will be deducted from that Life and Health Coach’s commission

• If qualifying volume is not maintained for three consecutive months, car will be re-possessed by Trévo

• All car bonus program qualifications must be met within the calendar month by 12:00AM on the last day of that month

• Trévo Africa cars will be awarded four times per year

• Trévo LLC reserves the right to change Trévo Africa Car Bonus Program requirements

Through Trévo, leaders who have achieved Black Diamond Executive status and above will be rewarded with shares of the Trévo charity pool bonuses. These shares will be distributed as donations to charities specified by these leaders, and will be made in the name of the participating leader.

The benefit of this charity pool bonus is two-fold. First, these charity pool bonus donations will help make the world a better place. Second, they will highlight participants as successful entrepreneurs who support their communities on both a local and global level.
