Fishing at Trevella ParkThere are two well-stocked fishing lakes at Trevella Park which are open from dawn ‘til dusk for our anglers.

Trevella Lake has an abundance of carp, tench, bream, roach and rudd and Springfield Lake has more than 150 carp, including some at 20lb plus. Trevella Lake, the more mature of the two, covers three acres and has plenty of swims to choose from.

Our resident fishing warden is always on hand to give out useful advice and guests can hire and buy equipment including rods, hooks, line and floats from our bait shop. We also run competitions throughout the season, see www.trevella.co.uk/fishing for latest details.

Head to www.facebook.com/trevellapark to join in the chat, swap stories, or share pictures of catches at Trevella Park.

Why choose Trevella Park?An award winning five-star holiday park perfectly suited to families and couples. The heated outdoor pool, toddlers’ pool and playground are the heart of every holiday; our two fishing lakes are popular with anglers of all abilities and our nature reserve offers time-out for junior Attenboroughs. All of our amenities are accessible and we have pet-friendly accommodation too.

Most important is our setting on the north coast of Cornwall. We’re close to Crantock Beach – surely one of the best in the UK – Newquay and a wide range of fascinating attractions. Walkers can explore for miles along the many routes that cling to the coastline and cut through the countryside. Check out our website for details of recommended walks.

Trevella is regularly named one of the best holiday parks in Britain and has featured in Practical Caravan’s ‘Top 100 Holiday Parks’, in the AA’s ‘Britain’s Best Parks’, as an ‘AA Campsite of the Year’ finalist and has been voted ‘Top Site of the Year’ by Caravan magazine.

We have also been recognised for our landscaping; we have won ‘Newquay in Bloom’ and ‘South West in Bloom’ many times over the past few years.

We take our environmental responsibility extremely seriously and are proud of our David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award, which we’ve held for 14 years.
